Hotel Molino de Viento

ESTAFADORES: Eso es lo que son. Tenía una reserva del 3 al 7 de mayo de 2020. Cuando explotó la pandemia pedi la anulación ya que no había ni vuelos a ese lugar. Sin embargo aunque no se pueda creer el 13/03/2020. Me debitaron de mi tarjeta 364 dólares que era el total de la estadía. Reclame infinidad de veces al hotel, nunca estaba el responsable y al final ya no conseguía una respuesta. No todo debe ser igual en ese destino pero por las dudas como dice el dicho "para muestra basta un botón " desvío y desviaré mis vacaciones hacia otro lugar donde me brinden alguna garantía contra este tipo de ESTAFADORES.

Solo puedo rescatar su ubicación céntrica y estar frente al mar. El primer problema de este alojamiento es que el mismo no es un hotel, es mucho más parecido a un hostal. El segundo problema que posee es que NO tiene agua caliente. El tercer problema es que el agua de la habitación NO es potable. Las habitaciones que no dan al mar son muy parecidas a un contenedor forrado qué dan a un patio interno donde se encuentran todos los motores de los A/C del mismo. Se corto la luz casi todos los días. Pésima experiencia.

Para nuestra estancia en san Andrés buscamos un hotel barato,al llegar y verlo la relación calidad precio era correcta.Si no pagas no puedes pedir,eso si un mínimo si.Los dos días se fue la luz,con lo que no iba el aire acondicionado y una rica ducha de agua fría con un mini chorro(tanto para fría como caliente) y una puerta de ducha que si vas solo te quedas dentro las vacaciones,solo abría desde fuera.El personal era amable,nos facilitaron toallas para ir a la playa y muy voluntarioso se mostró,antes tal cantidad de mosquitos en la habitación,a echarnos repelente ,que nunca echaron.No repetiría,pero tampoco hemos pagado mucho.

The staff is very friendly and always eager to please. A very good option.

We stayed 6 days at the hotel and everything was very good. The pros: They give you towels for the beach every day. The room had a sea view and two large beds. They change bed linen and linen every other day, which is very good because going to and from the sea is quite dirty but at the same time they take care of the environment by avoiding doing it every day. Although they do not have breakfast, they have a hot and cold water dispenser, they offer tea and coffee at any time of the day at the reception. It is very very clean. The location can't be beat. If your plane leaves after check out, you can leave your bags there and even take a bath before leaving. The girls who work are all super friendly, (I think there are 4 of them) especially Sol who is at the reception and Gi who welcomed us. But really they are all very attentive and polite. The cons: The WiFi is generally bad but nothing that does not allow you to communicate. The water is not drinkable and has a lot of odor, but this is more typical of the island. The beach that the hotel exits on was full of seaweed most days but just half a block away it was already changing a lot. As they told us, it is because of the time of year that we travel. They do not deliver shampoo and rinse. The street of the hotel at night is a bit noisy because it is also located well that there are always a lot of people walking around and in Colombia it seems that they love to walk around with the speaker hanging and sharing their music. Hehe Conclusion: if you plan to go to this hotel, don't hesitate! The girls will make you very comfortable. Super super recommended!!!
