La comida del restaurante buffet es muy rica, destaca los huevos que prepara José en la mañana y el servicio en el bar de la piscina de Fabricio. No recomiendo mucho el restaurante italiano, debido a que la comida del buffet es mucho mejor y con variedad de productos.

El restaurante buffet es EXCELENTE, en variedad y en calidad de la comida. José en la parrilla de los huevos es TODO LO QUE ESTA BIEN EN LA VIDA!!!!, también Fabrizio el Barman! Un SOL!! Nos sentimos muy bien atendidas, nos trataron siempre súper bien. Cindy de Atención al cliente hace PERFECTAMENTE BIEN su trabajo. Breiner en los snacks fue muy amable. Pasamos muy rico, nos divertimos mucho. El hotel es excelente.

El restaurante es muy completo, la comida es muy rica y muy variada (tienen opciones para todo el mundo incluso vegetarianas y veganas), los postres son lo mejor del lugar sin duda alguna; el personal es muy amable y colaborador en todo momento

El hotel es 20/10 excelente todo las instalaciones súper nuevas y de lujo, personal que nos atendió todos excelente, Edil, Geraldine, Yasir, Sailin, Yeremi que nos atendieton en la zona donde se toman los desayunos almuerzos y cena y los que nos atendiendo en la piscina y los Bartender fueron 20/10 la verdad en todos los lugares del hotel lo recomendaría y sin pensar volvería a este hotel

Excelente ubicación, gran atención en el restaurante, Yeraldin, Andrea, Saylin, Edil, Jeremy, Madeilene y en general todo el personal del hotel son muy atentos. El servicio del Kids Club increíble mi hijo estuvo feliz, al igual que el snack bar y el bar del lobby.
