The cost of living on the island is high, and the price/performance ratio is not as good as on land. The room is very old, but the facade looks very beautiful. There is no free drinking water in the room. There is no vegetable leaves for breakfast. I refused to pay for insurance or taxes before leaving.

TERRIBLE. Da tristeza que un hotel que hace una década era de los mejores de la isla está en esas condiciones tan deplorables. No nevera, no tienen una cuerda o algo para colgar ropa mojada , goteras en La habitación y lo peor es que cae en una de las camas de la habitación dije lo que pasaba y no hicieron nada, el inodoro tenía fuga de agua en la parte de abajo y se estaba despegando, el aseo pésimo, los muebles reviejos y todos pelados, pisos manchados y en el baño mucho oxido , eso es solo la habitación. Cuando entra al hotel huele a húmedo, la comida es horrible y poca variedad, el 80% de las personas no son amables, no sonríen , el muelle y todo se esta pudriendo, lo único de rescatar la piscina. Que lastima un hotel tan gigantesco y termine en ruinas. Por último no tienen show en la noche como muchos hoteles de la isla.

Vine a este hotel con mis hijos pequeños 3 y 7 años y mi esposo y tiene los siguientes detalles básicos: en la habitación no hay nevera, la respuesta del hotel “ninguna habitación tiene nevera”……..tampoco una cuerda, baranda o balcón donde colgar la ropa mojada después de ir al mar o a la piscina, y la habitación deja mucho que desear en su estado y apariencia gloria a Dios es solo una noche porque de ser varias noches debería regresar con la ropa completamente mojada.

Pienso que es un hotel que por su nombre, sigue recibiendo muchos visitantes como para no tomarse la molestia de invertir en buenas reparaciones y mantenimiento por ejemplo de el muelle el cual está oxidado, deteriorado, el bar que está en la piscina y se supone que es uno de los atractivos pues está que se cae y no hay buena atención allí, No es agradable estar en ese lugar, La piscina es buena y es en el único lugar que podría uno estar. De resto es preferible estar por fuera Lo más malo es su restaurante bufet , el consejo es no tomar el todo incluido ya que la comida allí es demasiado limitada. Ponen de a poquitos , pasan 3 personas y se acaba y hay que esperar que vuelvan a poner algo , solo tienes un par de opciones y si no comes de eso te toca comer cualquier cosa básica para poder desayunar o comer. Reciben muchas personas para tener ese bufet tan regular Mi esposa vino hace años y recuerda que como que era bueno por eso quiso volver conmigo pero ya definitivamente no vilveriamos. Deberían tener en cuenta que su nombre aún es muy hablado y almenos mantener en buen estado los lugares de interés como la piscina el muelle el bar, Que es lo único que tiene el hotel. Y dar un buen servicio de restaurante

Nos encanta la experiencia de sunrise, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer este bello hotel, siempre nos hospedamos en las torres del lugar , son aptos privados los cuales te permiten disfrutar y vivir las zonas sociales de la cadena, tienen playa privada, es un poco pequeña pero perfecta para no sentir el tumulto de gente en la playa serie bay, cuenta con una de las mejores piscinas de la isla, al lado del Mar, tiene un clima cálido todo el tiempo, la mejor limonada de coco del lugar y puedes tomar la alimentación buffet o a la carta pagando las tarifas, son buenas en comparación relación beneficio.

A pesar que son instalaciones con años , las conservan en un excelente estado. Muy buena atención y la comida excelente. Licor de muy buena procedencia, servicio habitacion bueno. Fui a todo incluido (ellos llaman pensión completa). Todo adquirido por la página de ellos.

El servicio en la recepción ha sido terrible. Llegué a las 2pm y tuve que esperar hasta las 620pm que me entregaran la habitación. La chica de recepción, solamente dijo: "tienes que esperar, porque ahí dice que hasta las 530pm tengo tiempo para asignarle la habitación, además su habitación está paga hasta las 6am, después hay tienpo adicional para que salga hasta la 1pm. Usted está pagando por la noche" Adicional las habitaciones en condiciones de total destrucción. Sábanas sucias. Baños destruidos.
