La experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación muy cómoda, la comida muy rica, la atención excelente, la gente es muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesta a ayudar. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y la habitación tenía muy buena vista. Lo recomiendo.

El aseo se puede mejorar ya que solo fueron una vez a la Habitació. E general todo ha estado muy bien, la piscina y la gente que atiende muy querida. La comida muy rica tal vez un poco más variada, siempre volveria, el hotel está muy bien cerca a la playa y muy lindo

Encontramos en la noche un raton en la habitación al buscarlo por debajo de la cama vimos cucarachas y colillas de cigarrillos la comida mala y a dos míenbros de mi familia les dio malestar estomacal además la comida del día anterior la sirven en boffet al siguiente día como calentado

El hotel cumplió con las expectativas, me hospede en la habitación 720, todo estaba funcional, cómoda, amplia, baño amplio aseado. La alimentación deliciosa. Ubicación excelente. Falta mejor atención al cliente en la recepción excepto por la señorita Devony quien siempre está muy pendiente que los huéspedes estén cómodos, las demás personas de la recepción y servicio al cliente son déspotas poco amables y no solucionan. Viaje con mi madre de 78 años y no brindan atención preferencial para personas con discapacidad o de la tercera edad sobretodo luego del entregar la habitación. O pagas un adicional para el uso de la habitación (160 mil en mi caso de 1 al 7 de la noche) o estás personas deben esperar desde la 1 de la tarde hasta las 10 de la noche que tuvimos el vuelo en una silla o de pie.

This was an amazing experience! The island was a great time and everyone was definitely chill! Food was great and very home style, all the staff was very attentive and knew a lot of awesome local spots to check out for a great price 👍🏾

Awful and misleading
The worst hotel ive ever stayed in and what's more, the photographs are totally misleading. The maintenence of the building is poor, the cleanliness is even worse, the bathroom had no hot water, the windows are filthy and the wifi doesnt work in the room, which are also hot as there's a gap in the wall for the hot air to enter into.
Such a shame as it has a great location and the misleading pgotograghs show this and the hotel in much better condition.
Avoid like the plague!
