Pésima experiencia, no volveríamos. Recepción, mala atención y no solucionan ningún inconveniente. Lo que ofrecen por su página no es lo real, publicidad engañosa. Reservamos hab vista al mar y era imposible quedarnos ahí ya que, tenía la mitad de las cortinas, muebles a punto de caerse, baño con desperfectos. Impresión de hab abandonadas. Logramos que nos cambiaran a otra, un poco mejor pero aún así no era lo que habíamos visto por Internet. Y nadie soluciona, el administrador no da cara, dicen que nunca está!! La comida malisima y lo mismo, no hay variedad. Al parecer sus trabajadores no están conformes trabajando ya que contestan mal, muy pocos saludan y cada vez que uno pide algo dicen que no hay. Mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo.

El hotel es malísimo, no es ni un 5% all inclusive, solo un hotel con pensión completa. La comida que se sirve en el almuerzo y cena es siempre la misma y poca, tardan muchísimo en reponer y cuando pedís te hacen mala cara. La habitación nuestra estaba aceptable pero a parte de la familia les toco las de abajo y son un desastre, son habitaciones de 2x2 muy incomodas. La limpieza es mala. Es un hotel al que no volvería nunca mas!

It’s an old property, no hot water for all the days staying there they said all the rooms don’t have hot water, no insulation and it’s in front of the main walking street people were singing and playing loud music until 4am. I normally don’t mind noise but this was really loud

Nice hotel. Attention and serices 5stars.. wifi was under construction but still was enough to satisfy my needs.. location was the best, the better center of all hotels.. beach front.

El hotel bien ubicado pero las instalaciones presentan algunas afectaciones por deterioro se ve que es bastante antiguo. Escasas toallas disponibles para piscina así que debes buscar a la camarera para que te las consiga y si a ella no le suministran pues debes ir a recepción y ese personal se enoja con los huéspedes porque es asunto de las camareras y te responden de manera altanera. El personal de recepción excepto por Humberto, no es nada amable es triste ver como por conflictos internos ente empleados somos los huéspedes quienes terminamos en medio y son groseros. Es muy importante capacitar al personal, los únicos amables fueron los meseros y los señores del bar. La comida es deliciosa y los shows en las noches espectaculares. Estaban en obra en el 1 piso y los trabajadores iniciaban labores desde las 7 am lo cual resulta molesto para los huéspedes, podrían iniciar a las 8:30 am por ejemplo para así no incomodar a los huéspedes que intentan relajarse y descansar.

El hotel tiene sus pro y sus contras.Tratando de mantenerlo con pintura y arreglos La habitación está bien. Y su limpieza es muy buena. La ropa de cama así como la del baño también es muy buena Ahora es un all inclusive raro o no saben bien el concepto Es totalmente distinto al cual uno no está acostumbrado ya que hay horario para todos desayuno almuerzo cena y para los dos snacks que dan a media mañana y a media tarde. Así como la barra que trabaja hasta las 11 pm Por otro lado la ubicación es excelente ya que está a metros de la playa , pero la contra es que la gente se junta hasta tarde en la calle a escuchar música y eso hace muy difícil el descanso Es un hotel que a simple vista no lo podría calificar como algo bueno pero por su limpieza y por su comida que es muy buena es que lo catalogue así. LO MEJOR Y UN PÁRRAFO APARTE ES ABSOLUTAMENTE PARS TODA LA GENTE QUE NOS ATENDIÓ. SENCILLAMENTE EXCELENTE Siempre recontra serviciales y muy atentos tanto en la recepción como la gente que atiende en las comidas. Si volvería al mismo hotel no tengandudas que lo haría únicamente por la gente que nos atendió y por cómo se brindaron con nosotros

Contras: - No tiene wifi en las habitaciones - La limpieza es de 8 a 17h y he vuelto a las 17h y no estaba aseada - El alcohol y la calidad de la comida no es la mejor. Mucha fritura y variedad limitada. Pros: - Ubicación - amabilidad del personal (muy amable) Precio calidad ok, pero no es un All Inclusive de alto nivel.

El hotel está bueno. Es un all inclusive pequeño. Desconozco los otros de la isla pero no es a lo que estamos acostumbrados cuando hablamos de all inclusive. Justamente por esto nos gustó mucho. Fuimos con un bebé de 1 año y la atención fue excelente. Le preparaban comida especial, lavaban su vajilla siempre con la mejor de las ondas. Todos los mozos súper atentos. La comida no era abundante pero era muy buena. Siempre 3 tipos de carne, ensaladas y acompañamientos. Nos gustó mucho. Es cierto que debía cenarse temprano pues 21/21.30 aprox cerraba ya el buffet. Los snack siempre variados. Jugos muy ricos y desayunos muy completos. Hay shows que también los hacen a veces en su otro hotel que está cerca, que fueron muy lindos y divertidos. Punto a favor: la ubicación. Frente a la playa que es la más linda, y a la peatonal. Permiten llevar comida y bebida a la playa. La habitación estaba muy linda. El servicio de limpieza siempre excelente. Único detalle, el colchón ya no quiere más nada, deberían cambiarlo pues de resorte está imposible descansar y menos con un bebé. Recomiendo sin dudas. Muchas gracias por todo!
