Excelente oferta en la isla de san Andrés , muy buenas habitaciones y áreas comunes , la zona de piscina es muy discreta y permite el descanso . Minucioso cuidado en los detalles de la habitación , la hacen confortable . Los desayunos generosos y de gran gusto . Personal con sentido de pertenencia hacia el Huésped.

Tiene pésima aislación acústica hacia las demás piezas y el pasillo, se escucha todo y los huéspedes son ruidosos, por lo que no se duerme bien si tienes el sueño ligero. Nos tocó que en las mañanas siempre ponían música fuerte de distintas habitaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero no se pueden abrir las ventanas, son muy húmedas. El baño está separado de la pieza sólo por una mampara delgada que no se cierra del todo. El desayuno es rico y variado pero no te puedes servir tú mismo, regulan las cantidades ellos. Lo bueno fue la piscina, el gimnasio y los espacios comunes, y la atención del personal también fue buena y cercana.

Hotel custo benefício ótimo. Quartos: limpos Chuveiro quente: portanto no primeiro dia não esquentava, reclamamos e eles arrumaram, mas também foram solícitos em nós trocar se quarto. Café da manhã: ótimo, gostei dessa forma deles servirem pois a comida sempre está arrumadinha, não é como aqueles buffet que a comida fica toda mexida e sujam o lugar. Equipe de trabalho: São todos atenciosos e muitos prestativos. Para os passeios o David que trabalha no hotel nos ajudou em todos. Manutenção: O hotel está muito arrumadinho. Localização: perto de tudo, fácil acesso a praia principal. Indicação dos restaurantes próximos e bons: Restquranre La regatta: simplesmente incrível, mas se atente, precisa de reserva, chegamos sem e ficamos 45 minutos esperando. Restaurante Barracuda: buffet a vontade a noite, uma delícia. Restaurante Casablanca: sofisticado e o macarrão delicioso. Restaurante Hasbi Terraza: uma pizza incrível. Restaurante Sea Food: bom

El hotel es pequeño pero muy confortable y limpio, más aún impecable!!! Los empleados amables pero quiero resaltar a David y a un señor del desayunador que estaba siempre atento a nuestros requerimientos. El desayuno no está acorde a un hotel 4 * Poca variedad.

el hotel esta remodelado con una amplia habitacion y picina (pocos hoteles la tiene en san andres), pero lo mejor de todo fue el personal de recepcion y del restaurante colaboraron con todos nuestros requerimientos felicitaciones, muy buena ubicacion cerca del comercio de san andres aunque un poco lejos de la playa. para mejorar los pisos de la habiacion por ser clima humedo se ve un poco sucios pero es por el material de los mismos, no por el aseo quiero aclarar. si lo recomiendo.

Esse hotel nos salvou de uma super furada na ilha (ataraxy hotel boutique). Hotel limpo e organizado, café da manhã maravilhoso. Quartos limpos e com bom espaço. Funcionários maravilhosos, nos trataram super bem e foram super prestativos. Só elogios!!!

Muito bem localizado. Perto de tudo. Possível de fazer bastante coisa caminhando. Atendentes educados. Quarto ótimo e limpo. Piscina maravilhosa. Água quente sem ser salgada. Café da manhã bom, incluindo comidinhas raiz. Maravilhosa escolha.
