La reserva no la respetaron. Haciendo un abono del 50 % del hospedaje con 3 meses de anterioridad por 4 noches. Llegando al hotel informan que esta cerrado por mantenimiento sin previo aviso. La excusa fue que se había caído el sistema y cambio de administrador.

We loved this oasis in San Andres. Leila and Julie were incredibly helpful with securing a Buggy and getting last minute dinner reservations. We had lunch there and it was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the views from our room were spectacular. The best part of Casa Harb is the pool- it’s luxurious!

No lo recomiendo, llegamos al hotel y habían cancelado nuestra reserva sin previo aviso. La atención de la recepcionista fué pésima y no nos dio solución, tuvimos que salir a buscar hotel en plena temporada alta. Para un hotel de ese precio el servicio al cliente es pésimo.

Although it may seem incredible, we arrived after having reserved a room 2 months in advance, the day we arrived they left us without a room and without the option to stay. I do not recommend this accommodation. The photos are also deceiving. For that price, this bad service has no presentation
