Es una experiencia que atrae otras: el espectacular sitio con la belleza del lugar, y la inolvidable atención de las personas que están allí esperando a nuestra llegada. Desde el primer contacto con Vanesa, Diego y Alejandra en la recepción te vas a sentir muy bien atentido, hasta la siguiente parada en el bar, donde Magda te recibirá con una refrescante soda; hasta la atención personalizada del Cheff en el restaurante. ¡Qué sensaciones atrae este lugar tan mágico!

La experiencia fue inmejorable. Esta ubicado a las afueras de San Agustin en un lugar con una vista inmejorable. La construcción es una mezcla de belleza con el respeto profundo por los materiales de la zona. La estética del lugar te deja sin palabras. El servicio es muy amable y atento, pendientes de que tu experiencia sea la mejor. El restaurante delicioso con una presentación hermosa. Te guían para que conozcas los sitios de interés y todos los procesos son ágiles y sencillos. Fue una experiencia excepcional la cual recomiendo. Yo quisiera volver a quedarme una temporada. Masaya de San Agustín nos encantó! Nos dieron upgrade de habitación, excelente servicio, olvidamos el alimento de nuestra mascota y el chef preparó la comida según indicaciones. Todo el personal tiene una disposición de servicio excepcional. La comida es muy buena, las habitaciones mirando el cañón del río son mágicas, nos recomendaron un tour privado anillo turístico y fue espectacular. El servicio es muy bueno, las cabañas son muy cómodas, la comida es muy rica, sus instalaciones son muy bonitas. Decidimos usar su servicio de spa y nos pareció adecuado también. Los productos de cuidado que ofrecen en el baño huelen muy rico y son adecuados para el pelo y la piel. Ofrecen ayuda si una quiere realizar actividades más aventureras y tienen espacios comunes muy agradables también para la familia, amigos, pareja o para los que viajan solos. El personal es muy atento y apoya en lo que una necesite.

Sin duda un hotel hermoso,la vista fuera de serie. El servicio a pesar de lo amables que son las personas es poco consistente. Muchos errores en el restaurante sobre todo al desayuno. La musica en horas de la mañana en un lugar con esa energia no era acorde al momento. Es un lugar con mucho potencial que ojala sea mejor administrado en el futuro.
