Un hotel no apto para españoles, comida espectáculos, etc. Buffet muy repetitivo y tardaban en reponer, el agua filtrada la cobraban a precio de embotellada, una vergüenza, la cena de nochevieja decepcionante y estuvimos comiendo restos de la cena toda la semana, la limpieza mediocre como ejemplo las sabanas no las cambiaron en los 9 días de estancia, la información contradictoria. Un hotel que las 4 estrellas se le quedaban muy grandes, los recepcionistas esos si intentaban solucionar los problemas rápidamente.

The room was adequate, lots of storage, we were lucky to be the end room but we could clearly hear conversations and the TV in the ajoining room. Half board, the food was never hot, sometimes not even luke warm. We didn't use the pool area as most of the sunbeds were in shade. The best positioned sunbeds mostly were near the smoking areas, which were taken early by the usual crew. Strong smell of sewage as you entered the hotel, together with smell of cigarette smoke and sewage when you entered the dining room. There was an issue on checking out we settled our bill in cash then the receptionist also billed the same amount to our credit card, we asked for the error to be corrected, she was unable to re-credit our credit card and when she enquired to her colleague on reception he was very unhelpful, therefore we were reimburse with the cash we paid, very poor customer service. On the plus side, the beach was fabulous, cost of 2 sunbeds and umbrella €9.50 for the day. Staff in general were very helpful.

We did the check in an the ac was not working they sent somebody to fix it but he couldn’t do fix it I ending not able to sleep until i demanded another room and they finally at 11 pm gave a room with no view it is also very noise the entrainment is so loud

A fabulous hotel. Staff pride themselves in offering the highest levels of customer service. The rooms, pool area, public area and dining areas are clean, tidy and stylish. The hotel is in a great location, backing into the beach and coastal path. This is now our fourth time visiting and we have been just as impressed.

Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend , freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war ein Genuss und das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Leider gab es einen enormen Unterschied bei den alkoholischen Getränken zwischen Al inklusive und Getränken die wir extra bezahlen mussten , zumal wir nicht in Massen tranken . Unser Tip : lieber ein Getränk bezahlen und dafür hochwertiger .

Alles super, das Zimmer, die Betten, das Essen und auch die freundliche Bedienung. Verbressern lieẞe sich noch die Durchflussmenge des Wassers am Waschbecken. Das Hotel, Corallium Beach ist direkt am Strand und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen.
