Ok location if you drive But they have free ride per hour , by appointment Bring your own toothbrush and paste Cold air conditioning With the price still ok new If you book over 1 days, free 2 bottle of water need request Ok Wi-Fi

I regret it. It is 30 km away from Bangkok and it is very difficult to reach the street. The bathroom is awful. The sink is dripping water. The receptionist lady was disrespectful when I left in the morning.

I liked is a really good hotel, just a little bit far from the center.

Definitely not recommended for this hotel. Staff didn’t help with lifts the big suitcase, the bathroom was stinky smelly bad like urine! No exhaust fan in the bathroom, I can’t sleep because of stinky smell. The mattress feels like concrete not very comfortable at all. The management hotel should check and fixing the problem but they don’t care just taking the money without give reimburse money! i’m not happy!

Staff were very friendly and room was clean. Kettle didn't work but was fixed immediately when I brought it to their attention. 2.6km to bts.

The beds were semi hard but still comfortable, the room is very spacious and great to work in with a desk a large mini fridge large bed. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bathroom. The shower is hitting the toilet which disgusts me, and it’s near a wooded area so expect bugs. But overall very pleasant stay.

There’s cockroach and insect in the room when we check in, however the service is great the staff change room for us

I stayed at Theorie Hotel Sukhumvit while attending an event at BITEC, and it was a very convenient choice for those with a car. Very good hotel! Quite location. Cozy rooms, good lighting and very good internet connection.

It was nice and i call it average,no one spoke english i think if your dealing with international travelers you need to be able to communicate.
