Hello Good Day I traveled from Istanbul, the location is very central, but when I entered the hotel, although I made the online payment, they asked for a payment again saying that my payment was not received, for this reason I showed that I made the payment by documenting it, I encountered this situation, later on I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, sheets and pillowcases, and there were 2 large and 1 small towels in the shower area, and in addition, thinking that hygiene was zero, for foot health, instead of disposable slippers in the hotel room, there was 1 constantly used bathroom slipper, although we were two people, I wrote this comment by experiencing 7 countries, 23 cities and 100 facilities and above.

First of all, it is in a central location and transportation is very convenient. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There is a heating system, which is fine in winter, but I don't know if it will be cool in summer. Kettle is available in the rooms and coffee and tea are among the extra treats. Generally cleanliness is nice. You can stay with peace of mind.

Tercih edilebilir Personel fazlasıyla ilgiliydi. Odanın temizliği ve rahatlığı oldukça memnun ediciydi. Kaldığım oda da klima bulunmuyor. Genel anlamda yeterliydi.
