Stopped there for 1 night during a treck across the Alps. Found a sauna, a hammam and a pool ! That was unexpected ! The owners were there and offered a warm welcome. You can feel they pay attention to maintain their premises to high hotel standards. Room was confortable as expected. We had breakfast only but it was above expectations (local products, fresh pastry, ...). It must be a perfect hotel for the ski season as well !

Un séjour très réussi Nous venons de passer 5 très belles journées à l’hôtel Neige et Roc de Samoëns avec nos 3 enfants. Une belle surprise !!! Tout était parfait : - un accueil chaleureux et familial - un professionnalisme sans faille - une équipe performante et avenante - un environnement spacieux et confortable - une décoration soignée et stylée - à disposition : piscine, terrain de tennis, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam - et cerise sur le gâteau : chaque soir, un dîner délicieux, on s'est régalé ! Alors bravo et un grand merci à Françoise et Olivier Deffaugt et toute leur équipe !

Je recommande Neige & Roc où nous venons de passer le WE en famille. Tout d'abord l'accueil très sympathique et professionnel. L’hôtel a un style "chalet" mais versions très classe, avec de nombreux objets de très belle qualité, poteries, papiers découpés, mais aussi plus simples et donnant une ambiance chaleureuse et cosy. Très appréciés aussi les équipements, piscines (exter chauffée et inter), le SPA (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi ... coin relaxation, excellents après une randonnée). Et puis le restaurant de très bonne qualité où nous nous sommes régalés de filets de perche du léman, très bien préparés... et des desserts artistiques et excellents. Vraiment très bien, très agréable, sympathique... et bien sûr dans un endroit exceptionnel, Samoëns avec tant de possibilités de randonnées ou autres activités.

Un hôtel qui possède tous les ingrédients d’un excellent séjour : très bien tenu, spacieux, tres beaux équipements (piscine intérieure, exterieure, spa, court de tennis !), petit déjeuner délicieux et très fourni. Et pour terminer un couple d’hôtes remarquables ayant cette capacité de vous faire sentir chez vous dès la première heure de votre arrivée. Un grand merci pour ce séjour réussi avec ma fille. Nous étions si tristes de repartir !

Lovely owners. A little distance from the ski lift but regular bus or short walk was fine. Very comfortable and good restaurant. Recommended.

Super hôtel savoyard à l’ambiance familiale ; Olivier et Françoise ont une excellente équipe ; la table est d’un très haut niveau et il est très bien tenu , propre et calme, la décoration est soignée.On a toujours envie d’y retourner ! Bravo à eux tous.
