Stunning high end excellent service overlooking the Douro river property! I've had my birthday event there and invite 30 people and it was just beautiful. Everyone enjoyed it as much as I did, and all the staff at the hotel did a fantastic job at taking care of my guests and my requirements. I also recommend the event planner I worked with which is also working with the Six Senses, Ms Isabel from Cracha @Thecracha on instagram

Uma visita memorável ! Impossível descrever o que se sente ao ver este hotel e o que o rodeia. Uma propriedade incrível, tudo é pensado ao pormenor, no exterior e interior, numa localização inacreditável , com umas vistas incríveis para as vinhas, para o rio, num ambiente de serenidade e paz. O enorme quarto era magnífico, luxuoso, sem ser pretensioso, confortável e cheio de mimos para o cliente. O programa é vasto em atividade aliciantes , embora tenha ido no Outono ( que cores maravilhosas), e não tenha aproveitado a piscina , só me apeteceu passear/ sentar pelos inúmeros espaços criados, beber um copo de vinho ou ir ao magnífico Spa. Vontade zero de sair do hotel. Os funcionários Uau !! Vou ter de voltar no verão! :)

Over priced. Very disappointed! They asked for dessert first and after we ate it all they brought my birthday cake. I felt scammed. Not recommended! The food overall was average! My husband had a lobster rice, not good for the price. I have tried better than this one

MAGICAL!!!!! Get there as early as you can on day you arrive and leave as late as you can on day you depart !!! The most beautiful sumptuous breakfast will leave you full all day !! Check the schedule for different free and charged activities from pickle making to wine tasting to electric bikes and boat rides. Spa is amazing. Indoor pool almost as nice as outdoor pool. We didn’t want to leave! Pricey but worth it !

Tive a oportunidade de passar um fim-de-semana neste sitio e se há hotel que nunca desilude é este! Desde as instalações impecavelmente decoradas e limpas ao staff solícito e educado, passar uns dias neste local é um experiência única. Bravo Six Senses, até breve!

Marvellous hotel. Luxurious/ relaxed. Located in a marvellous area, surrounded by vineyards and the River Douro as a backdrop. The staff are fantastically friendly and professional, the decor is beautiful, everything has been thought out in detail. The rooms are fantastic, luxurious and very cosy. The food is excellent, with plenty of choice. Finally, I couldn't go without mentioning the swimming pool. Very well framed by the surrounding vineyards and the Douro river as a backdrop. A place to return to again and again...

Loved every minute. Fantastic reception and everyone is so polite and cordial. The room is awesome with all the amenities you will need. Love the swimming pool and the views. The service is top notch as so is the food. I will come back for sure, for one more SPA treatment and to enjoy this great hotel!

Desepcionante. Desde la recepcion el servicio pesimo te cobran cosas sin avisarte que tienen costo. Las habitaciones no estan listas al tiempo de check inn. No lo recomendaria y no regresaria. El servicio agresivo y muy lento. Una verdadera desepcion.
