It's a small hotel in the village. For a frequent traveller and looking for very clean place to stay, it is not a good choice. Probably better to stay in a nearby city like Samsun

Uzun zamandır konaklıyor oldugum bir otel.Gerek konfor ve odaların temizliği ve duzeni gerekse de personelin ilgili alakalı ve sıcak kanlı olması her açıdan tercih etmemi sağlıyor.Basta müdürleri Serdar bey olmak üzere personeller çok kaliteli ve yardimsever insanlar.Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

2nd hotel of 12D Turkey tour, arrived in Amasya from Bolu for a night stay in this traditional guest house next to the river. There is porter service as there is no elevators in the building. Stairs were old and narrow. Room was a spacious suite with a queen size bed and sofa for triple occupants but was dimly lit and unfortunately there was no hot water that night. Whilst the place was very much in need of an upgrade, the lunch, dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were not bad. Staff were helpful. Its location provided a comfortable walk along the scenic river with shops and services.

Eski ama güzel temiz bir bir otel. Odaları ***et genişdi. Kahvaltısı fena değil. Personel ilgili. Otopark sorunu yok. Çarşıya yakın. Manzarası iyi nehire bakıyor. Amasya gezilerinizde kalabilirsiniz. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederiz.

Temiz hijyen bir otel değil. Eşimle Eylül ayında gittik ona rağmen sezon ücretine yakın ödedik. Tur oteli olduğundan kalite yok. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve lezzetsiz kızartmalar midemiz yaktı. Yumurtalar da öyle. Herşeyin üstünde sinek temiz değil. Hizmet personel bilgisiz ve ilgisiz. Bavulumuzu personele rica minnet odaya taşıttık. Asansör olmadığından 401 numaralı odaya bizim taşımamız mümkün olmamasına rağmen. Odada kıyafetlerimiz asacak dolap yoktu. Yatakta sadece pike vardı hep kaşındırdı rahat da uyuyamadık gürültülüydü. Manzara yarı nehir ve dağ manzaralıydı ama zaten değmedi. Yerler toz ve leke içindeydi. Otel eski WC kağıt tutacağı elimizde kaldı. Tavsiye etmem. Hizmet görmedik lezzet asla yoktu ciddi bi arı sorunu vardı. Konfor yoktu uyuyamadık.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff were so friendly and professional. Beds are abit hard but i slept well. The size of the room i got was very small while my friends beside me were super spacious, so depends on your luck i guess. Quite dark at night. Very good breakfast.

Staff- friendly without being overbearing. Room 209- mattress was not too soft. Thank heavens for one hotel so far which had good mattresses. The furniture needs some refurbishment though as the cupboard door that conceals the fridge, was hanging on one side. The fridge itself, wasn't really working as it wasn't cold. Location-excellent location. Meals- delicious and were good too, as they were individually served rather than a group sharing dish. After a while on tours, this was exactly what we needed.
