Hotel del Parque

Very welcoming after a long trip. Accommodations were very comfortable, but the staff put it over the top. Shout out to Andres and Emily! Breakfast of traditional Ecuadorian foods was outstanding—ceviche, a fish/potato soup were standouts.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. I also loved the small touches, the chocolate, and the special drink you made in your room. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the "encebollado" soup. Andres, in the restaurant, was so helpful and provided exceptional service! We stayed at the hotel again the following week and were impressed with the service. We left the hotel at 3:30 am, and they opened their buffet at 3:00 am so we could have something to eat before our flights. The bellhop that morning (Oct 6) was so helpful. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, and so is the Casa Julian restaurant nearby.

This is, by far, the nicest and most welcoming hotel we have visited. We stayed at the Hotel del Parque before and after our visit to the Galapagos. Our first two nights were in the incredible Park Suite, which is almost 2000 sq.ft. of pure luxury. We were thrilled to have access to unbeatable space, a terrific bathroom with a freestanding tub and fantastic shower, and a really comfortable bed. Our last night was in deluxe king room, which was every bit as comfortable as the larger suite. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we loved the onsite restaurant. We also appreciated all of the peaceful spots to relax around the property; our family loved the courtyards with outdoor sofas that were perfect for lounging and planning for our visit to the Galapagos. Our nieces really loved access to the on-property zoo, where we spent a wonderful morning learning about some of the animals. More than the property, though, the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. From welcoming us with cold towels and a refreshing drink to helping us with dinner reservations and recommendations for how to spend our free day, we felt truly valued as guests. We are already talking about making our return visit to the Hotel del Parque- it's truly a luxurious property worth visiting!

The service was amazing, food was very exquisite, the landscaping was beautiful, staff is really friendly and helpful. The best hotel I’ve been to, The rooms were so comfy and fancy, and the scenery was breathtaking, beds are easy to sleep in!

Beautiful hotel! We had a wonderful time. Nicely appointed comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff and excellent dining. The breakfast was served outdoors in a beautiful setting with great music in the background. Loved it!
