Had a comfortable stay. Standard hotel. I always stay here during my visits in sambalpur. Rooms are small but clean. Most of the channels are not available in tv. Food's tastes are average. 3 kms apprx from sambalpur jn railway stn.

Location is good. But service is very poor. No geyser available at rooms. Also rooms size not upto the mark as compared to prices. Need to improve taste of food. As per price not satisfied. Also no variety of mrng breakfast in complimentary. And as complimentary breakfast they add 1k extra with room rent. What the f.

The commod in the toilet is not clean as expected. Also body lotion should be provided. Hair drier and electric iron were of course room service and house keeping were prompt.

The bedsheets were stinking and there's a limit on number of complimentary water bottles. Moreover the complimentary breakfast is limited to one dish and only served in the room.

I had a wonderful experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Would highly recommend hotel sheela tower for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

The hotel is good. It is a nice location to stay at sambalpur. The staff is very friendly and caring. Housekeeping is good. Breakfast is also good. But there is one issue that room service is very slow after 10pm and in the morning hour and the rest is very good. That's why i ranked hotel sheela tower 4

Food is higher price as compare to other standard hotel. Parking is also outside hotel in open space.
