Доброго времени суток. Останавливались в данном отеле. Отель с хорошей локацией. Гур Эмир и Регистан рядом. Отель хорошо сделан, оформлен. Средние по качеству завтраки. Правда, ужасный кофе. Небольшой Спа, с бассейном, сауной (читай ниже), джакузи и хамам (хамам хорош) А теперь персонал, который меняет все. Эти сказочники приятно улыбаются, но так же врут беспощадно. Сразу скажу, мы позитивные путешественники, и истерично не считаем, сколько раз поменяли полотенца. 1. Мы бронировали 2 номера аж за 4 месяца, а нас заселяют во второй корпус, без лифта на 3 этаж, в самую даль, с видом на свалку и работающей весь день пилой (но ладно окна звукоизолированы и мы весь день путешествуем), и даже есть места в номере где пропадает wifi. Попросили нас переселить. Но на рецепшене Сказочник, не изящно изобразил милисекундный поиск номеров, сказал, что Отель забит. Хотя потом, мы видели, как заселяли огромную кучу людей. 2. Туристический Налог нам пересчитывали несколько раз. То ни учтут, что у нас ребёнок до 18 лет, то, что нашим последней остановкой была Бухара.... Вообщем налог от первоначальной суммы, озвученной сказочниками уменьшился на треть 3. Мы сказали, что в одном из номеров нет холодильника. Сказочник на рецепшене, сказал сделает. И поставили нам холодильник в котором работает только лампочка. Когдая спросил, Сказочник было завёл сказку, что у холодильника, такая температура , но на мой вопрос, тогда почему в соседнем номере все работает. Сказал, что исправят, так, холодильник и работал как лампа.. 4. Да, кстати, заявленного сейфа, ги во одном из номеров не было... 5. Про спа. В спа не работала сауна. На наш вопрос, очередной сказочник, вот только перед вами сломалась (но мы в этом разбираемся...), завтра починят... На завтра появилась табличка "Сауна не работает", которая так и провисела, до нашего отъезда. 6.Вобщем, этому улыбчивому персоналу, надо постоянно тыкать. То вилок и стаканов нет на затраке, то хамам выключат, когда вздумается... Итог: 1. Вам может повезёт, и вас заселят в хороший номер и т.д 2. Либо Вы не притязательны, и так сказать, едите, что дают. 3. Выбирайте другой отель (с нормальным персоналом) Я выбираю этот вариант!!!!

High speck decor and grand hotel however a very big let down. Very high speck fixtures and fitting however the finishing is very low speck. Our shower tray was not draining properly. It was like having a shower and bath at the same time. Water was leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor. Istinja fittings on toilet but not connected. All tourist spots within walking distance. There is no cafe in hotel. Asked for iron 3 times I ended up going down for it myself only to be given a faulty iron. Nice bakery and cafe down the road.

Месторасположение, сервис, персонал, все на твердую пятерку, рекомендую. По нашей просьбе без проблем поменяли номер, дали без дополнительной платы номер на втором этаже, большей площади. В пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности.
