叫麥地那酒店，以為在麥地那裡面，其實就是在路邊。酒店離雷吉斯坦廣場走路一公里，樓下就有餐廳和飲料店，總體還算方便。
房間設施比較一般，聯繫修東西被忘記，要多聯繫幾次。
網絡還算快。
早餐很好，很豐盛，而且是在5樓陽台用餐，吃了早飯可以不吃午飯了。

哎，這家酒店真的很難評。
想噴它的地方很多，但它也並非一無是處。
第一天晚上到的時候，真想爆炸：1房間給我搞錯！我先去了一個房間，門打開怎麼有兩個箱子！不敢進去怕被人打死，於是找前台給我去開門確認。沒想到裏面真的住着客人！我猜應該也把對方嚇得半死。2網上付錢過，他們自己給我搞錯了，又讓我付款了一次。還好及時發現退回來了。3房間的門是外開的，並且沒有安全扣。説真的有安全焦慮的人，真的會焦慮。4房間的隔音真的不好，門縫比較大，外面的人的聲音全傳到房間裏。就上述這些東西，我真的已經想好了第二天給它全差評。但是第二天有了比較好的體驗。首先是早飯的餐廳，環境不錯，還有這個麻雀大的酒店，菜色對得起它的規模。泳池每天都在加水，基礎清潔。還有房間的裝修，傢俱，其實還算可以，基本和圖片沒有出入。服務員我看之前大家説很差，可能這次換了一波？對我們態度是不錯的。英語差了點，但是我們英語也很爛。連住了兩天，感覺這家店其實想好好經營的，可能是酒店管理經驗不足，導致裏面混亂，細節不太行。有上升空間，手下留情不給大差評。

1.前台服務員是一班混混，而且態度非常差。
2.為了坑人，亂收費 ，落地簽證一個人收27USD，其他酒店一分錢不用
3.諮詢他們車票熱情幫忙實際一張票收25USD差價，當我們不定硬收我們退票費用10USD（關鍵是票還訂錯，我們要求是撒馬爾罕到塔什幹，他買的是塔什幹到撒馬爾罕）
4.落地簽兩天給辦成一天
5.威脅我們“這裡是烏茲別克斯坦不是中國講話注意一點”
