This hotel is underrated on here! I kind of like that to keep it as wonderful and not over-populated as it is. But that would be unfair to the GREAT people who work there. The location is EXCELLENT. Right on a beautiful, calm beach the grounds are very natural and peaceful. The pool is good for adults and kids. The people who work are were some of the nicest we met while in CR. The villas are spacious and well appointed (if a little outdated on the decor-- but tbh that made it all the more charming). I cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise.

Excelente trato de parte de los encargados, el personal son demasiado bellas personas. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y tranquilas, ideal para vacacionar relajadamente. Agradezco al hotel por el detallo de mi cumpleaños y la comida muy deliciosa, gracias al chef Yunior Olivas.

Hola!!! Me gustó mucho el lugar, me gustaron los jardines, la pasé muy bien en pareja...Saludos al Chef Junior porque nos dio la oportunidad de conocerlo en el restaurante, es una persona muy atenta y agradable persona. La comida estuvo muy buena y la atención. Todo el lugar en sí. La pasé espectacular!!! ESPERO VOLVER PRONTO. Muchas gracias a todos.

Les repas faits par Junior une note 5/5 À la salle à manger l’identification des mets ne sont pas indiqués… ça devrait! Pour le service 5/5 Manques: dans les chambres il n’y a pas de grands miroirs, un seul et il petit, de plus un miroir agrandissant serait apprécié.

Enfrentamos un retraso importante en la entrega de la villa (2horas), pero la diferencia placentera la hizo el personal: Yunior (chef), doña Jenny y Sergio en el wet bar, así como Gerardo y José. La administración del hotel muy apática a resarcirnos el retraso.

¡Una excelente opción familiar! Hace dos semanas estuvimos hospedados y la experiencia fue excelente, las instalaciones (habitaciones, piscina, baños, restaurante) limpias y en buen estado, la alimentación muy buena, si bien es cierto no existe una amplia variedad, el esmero por las opciones que ofrecían se notaba, delicioso y ni que hablar del servicio, personas amables y atentas. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ser atendidos por Junior (el chef), una persona muy amable y preocupada por el trato, también don Cristian, una persona muy carismática y servicial. En general el equipo de trabajo de esa cocina obtuvo un 100 y claramente volveríamos sin pensarlo.

The staff were amazing. From being greeted off the shuttle with cold cloths, chilled bubbly and quick courteous service to our villas, to knowing what foods we enjoyed over and over again during our stay. Christiam, Yunior, Jeanine, Hazel, Pablo, Jimena, Brenda, Jose, Gerardo and Wendy (apologies if I misspelled your name or missed someone from the team) were very professional, happy, experienced hosts and a great team that kept us happy, fed and satisfied with all our requests. The food was very tasty and many items to choose from, the a la cartes were great meals - especially when we were treated with special desserts for the birthday. There was one mishap that management fixed quickly and professionally. And the only issue we had was there were not enough shells to pick up off the beach.
