Beautiful boutique hotel. Lush grounds, very clean, lovely staff, peaceful oasis, walking distance to everything in Samara including the beach. Lovely choice of breakfasts served to you, brought right to your bistro table outside your door. I would highly recommend staying there. October was absolute best time to visit Samara. Perfect weather, no crowds, less expensive. I would absolutely go there again and stay at Good Life Lodge.

Good Life Lodge is the best! A quiet little oasis just steps from the beach, fabulous restaurants, amazing yoga, reiki, bar Pilates and charming shops. The rooms and spacious, quiet and cool and the beds are super cozy. Every room has a private little porch where you enjoy a delicious breakfast while listening to the birds and the rustle of the palm trees. The new owners Jen and Mike are amazing and their team goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I will definitely come back to the Good Life Lodge!

Such a special little hotel to stay at. Small, intimate but with all the amenities to make your stay nice and cozy and comfortable. A 3 minute walk to the pristine Samara beach and great restaurants, the Good Life Lodge is so central without being in the ‘heart’ of Samara to remain a quiet oasis. Lovely staff, beautiful setting and simply elegant setting. We loved it!

We stayed in the apartment at Good Life Lodge and loved it! The staff was incredible and we had amazing breakfast every day! The gals working at the front desk were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Samara is a fun town with great restaurants!

Boutique Oasis with an amazing beach, it doesn’t get any better than this!! Total Zen feel, lots of palm trees and a refreshing plunge pool. Ideal location with short walk to an amazing beach with restaurants, fun bars and even beachfront yoga! Town is steps away with more shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included with our stay which was amazing!! We’ve been to Costa Rica many times but never to Samara, we enjoyed our stay so much we rebooked for 2 more nights!

Perfect location very near the beautiful beach of Samara. A very good breakfast which was served outside every room by the friendly hosts each morning. The garden with all the palm trees was beautiful. There were also a small kitchen in the garden where everybody could cook there own meals if they wanted. We loved this place and can’t wait to get back.

Our room was beautiful, well decorated and very clean. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast with coffee, tropical fruits and pancakes on the terrasse observing many burds. The lodge has been built a few years ago and is managed by a friendy, German family.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à good life lodge Nous aurions souhaité y rester plus longtemps L'hôtel est très propre. La chambre est spacieuse L'hôtel est tout près de la plage. Le personnel est très agréable. Merci à hodger pour ces moments passés la bas Si nous revenons à Samara c'est clair que nous retournerions dans cet hôtel

What a great place! Owners live on premise and were able to answer any questions and direct us to good food! Staff is fantastic! Close to everything, quick walk to the beach and town just far enough away to be quite and peaceful at night! Just book it! I’ve been to samara multiple times and this is a gem! I can’t imagine how they could ever get any complaints!
