This was the most enjoyable hotel stay in all our travels. The renovated building with all the art is beautiful. The staff could not have been more helpful and lovely. We’d go back in a flash.

Exceptional customer service throughout our stay. The beautiful hotel offered a friendly and welcoming environment. Max couldn't have been more helpful and the restaurant staff were also great, in particular one of the female waitresses , unfortunately her name escapes us.

This hotel was fabulous from the booking, arrangements made on our behalf to a wonderful two days, highly recommend! The room was well appointed, turn down service included a gift, Max was there to help throughout our stay. Highly recommend and hope to go back!

Hotel muy agradable. Habitación fantástica. Diseño cuidadísimo, con muebles muy bien seleccionados, arte y artesanía de calidad en la decoración en espacios comunes y en las habitaciones. Servicio super atento y muy profesional. Desayuno y cena muy buenos. Muy recomendable.

Très bel établissement. L’accueil a été chaleureux et efficace. La chambre et les infrastructures sont très belles et soignées. Les mets, que ce soit au restaurant ou sur le terrasse de la piscine exquis. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cet établissement

Klein hotel met maar 9 kamers, zeer mooi ingericht, hoog afwerkings- en comfortniveau. Mooi verbouwd historisch pand. Zeer vriendelijk enthousiast personeel. Gratis elektrische mountainbikes om de omgeving te verkennen. Restaurant binnen heeft verfijnde keuken (let op, niet alle dagen serveert men het tasting menu). Bij wine pairing schenkt men royaal en mooie wijnen. Restaurantkaart buiten is eenvoudiger maar ook heel lekker en goede kwaliteit. Ontbijt is ook goed. Wij hebben het goed naar ons zin hier gehad. Goede uitvalsbasis om de Riojastreek te verkennen.

Estancia inmejorable. Felicitaciones a todo el equipo, por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Mención especial para su sommelier / maitre Miren Ormazabal, encantadora, con la que mantuvimos una entretenida conversación durante nuestra cena. También para el chico que nos atendió en recepción (no recuerdo su nombre 😬) que estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades en todo momento. Repetiremos sin duda.

We had a wonderful stay at Palacio de Samaniego. The property has been beautifully restored and the hospitality is top level. The attention to detail, from interior design and artworks, to amenities and service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel - auch mit Kindern. Faszinierend ist das Design und die vielen tollen Kunstgegenstände die mit viel Liebe zum Detail in (jedem!) Zimmer ausgestellt sind. Das Service Personal ist außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend und sehr gut ausgebildet. Die Kinder waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt willkommen. Das Frühstück ist von höchstem Niveau und auch das Abendessen war hervorragend. generell entspricht der Standard eher 5 Sterne Hotel. Ein super Hotel um mit der Familie ins Rioja zu fahren.
