Das Hotel hat einen neuen Betreiber, zum Glück! Es tut sich was in den Zimmern. Alles sauber, die Fliesen und Fugen neu bzw. sauber, es wird mehr auf das Detail geachtet. Die Betten und Ausstattung zum Teil oder alles neu. TOP!

Trotz dessen, dass es toll war, dass man nach 22 Uhr einchecken konnte, war es ein unfassbar schlechter Aufenthalt. Als Hotel für eine Fortbildungsgruppe, haben sie so alles schief laufen lassen, was man so machen kann. Regelmäßig unbesetzte Rezeption (mehrfach Versuche zu bezahlen mit über 15 Minuten auf Personal warten), Bettdecke roch nach Küchenfettabluft (nach Beanstandung direkt getauscht worden), Armatur und WC-Sitz wackeln, extrem dünne Zudecke ohne weitere Wolldecke im Schrank, alte Duschtrennwand die besonders von Innen dreckig war. Neben der echt in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung würde es helfen, wenn es zumindest sauber wäre und die Abrechnung funktionieren würde. Wenn man wieder Geschäftskunden möchte, wäre es schon schön wenn der vereinbarte Preis auch bei allen gleich und nach der Vereinbarung abrechnen würde. Anschließend noch Rechnungen zu erhalten - unfassbar. Das Frühstück war gut und die Ruhe während der Nacht ist positiv zu benennen.

Gutes Hotel Sehr höfliches, hilfsbereites und authentisch wirkendes Personal, absolut sauberes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel, die Möbeln sind rustikal, was einen gewissen Charme hat. Solides Frühstück. Draußen sind genug kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden und es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Innenstadt.

Der Aufenthalt ist o. K. Keine zu hohe Ansprüche. Das Hotel lag zentral und war o k. Man merkt schon den Unterschied zwischen Ost und West. Beim Preis ist man auf Westniveau, was dem Standard aber nicht gerecht wird. Das Personal ist aber sehr nett. Salzwedel ist nicht besonders schön. Einen privaten Besuch würde ich nicht machen. Ist aber Geschmacksache.
