We arrived on a heavily snow stormed night. The restaurant was above average, I will rate a 7.5/10 for our experience. Many locals showed up to the restaurant despite bad weather. The facilities in the room was okay, the room is quite spacious. Given the price of what we paid, we considered the room an average place in the similar priced hotel category near Salzburg (We stayed for 5 nights in total at this priced category in the mountain areas of Salzburg). An okay choice if you happen to be in the area.

Very nice hotel, this is the best hotel we have stayed in for a week. Although the facilities in his room are not particularly good, they are very warm and the scenery is beautiful outside. The service attitude at the front desk of the hotel is okay, but the waiter in the restaurant has a very different attitude towards locals and Asian tourists. Our room is small, but the layout of the hotel should have a large room type in the spa building. The spa facilities are very good in Europe, and there is a large indoor and outdoor pool, which is very good.
