前台在2樓。前台人員冷漠，到2樓是沒有電梯的。
另外，在薩爾茨堡入住，當地旅遊局會贈2天交通票。可以通過酒店獲得。原計劃7月29號晚上入住，29號早上提前郵件辦理在線入住，這樣29.30兩天都可以使用交通票。我28號就開始聯繫酒店要交通票，好戲開始了，酒店開始讓我多付一晚城市税，因為我要用2天。但我知道旅遊局是直接住一晚送2天的，我當然拒絕了。酒店又要求我提前付城市税，我答應了，酒店説發我付款郵件，然後酒店就失聯了，一直到29號我入住，攜程都聯繫不上。打電話直接拒接，最後結局就是29號白天我自己花錢買了交通日票（5個人38歐），29號晚上入住後才拿到交通票。酒店前台非常冷漠。攜程全程幫忙積極溝通，可惜酒店不配合，給攜程點贊👍🏻我發的旅遊局交通卡照片，可以看到日期是兩天，導致我浪費了一天的車票錢。

優點，酒店位置不錯。離火車站很近。也很乾凈，奧地利的酒店都乾淨。

對於設施和衞生條件這個價格確實不能期待太多，但無法容忍的是服務非常之差。入住明明應該可以獲得薩爾茨堡的城市交通卡，但一共住了三天都沒有收到。期間之收到過一次管理人員詢問房號和姓名的郵件，語氣非常沒有禮貌。整個酒店的日常運營都由一個人管理，説是24小時前台其實大部分時間都要用呼叫鈴呼叫。跟前台要求不要打掃，但回到房間依舊發現有人進來整理過。最糟糕的是第一天夜裡氣温極高的情況下風扇居然壞了……居住體驗極差的三天。

這個酒店存在欺詐行為，外牆圖片根本還是酒店，門很小，沒電梯，步行樓梯上樓後，就像個招待所一樣的收銀前台，完全沒有空調，跟宣傳不符，屋裡擠着三張床 ，你想象一下90年代的招待所就是那個樣子，似乎是印度人開的，要求退費完全不退，態度很差，並且沒有安全感，不知道這種酒店為什麼會出現在攜程上，而且還是星級推薦，而旁邊的酒店非常好，衞生環境和服務都是他的百倍，價格還便宜，一不要定這個酒店，安全都有問題，尤其是財產安全，不要去這個酒店

Пол в коридоре скрипит, в комнате липкий пол, нет кондиционера, жарко, открыть окна с улицы шумно, парковка не удобная. Завтрак почти нормальный.
