Ci è piaciuto tutto!!! Camera quadrupla (315) grande, arredata in legno molto carina, con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato (molto comodo anche se si devono preparare pappe..) e bollitore con selezione di te e tisane e tavolo con divanetti. C'è inoltre piccolo terrazzo con tavolino e sedie con vista montagne. Frigobar fornitissimo. Anche il bagno è molto ampio, con grande finestra e dotato di abbondandi asciugami. Molto silenzioso, con letti comodi, il relax è garantito!! Ottima la colazione, varia e abbondante, sia nel dolce che nel salato, da consumare in una graziosa stanza affacciata al giardino. Comodo se si arriva in auto, si raggiunge poi facilmente il centro con autobus 21, puntualissimo ogni 15 min di giorno (30 alla sera), con fermata accanto all'hotel, gratis con Salsburg card. Personale gentile e disponibile per info su visita città. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente da consigliare.

This was our third visit to the Hotel Frauenschuh over the past fifteen years. The owners, who live on site, take pride in their small hotel and enjoy providing personal attention to their guests. We were advised to purchase the Salzburg Card which gave us a way to see some of the attractions without spending a lot of money. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable with the breakfast being something to look forward to. The hotel has ample parking which allowed us to hop on the bus, with the bus stop located directly across the street from the hotel. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Frauenschuh again. The view from the room is also fantastic.

So much to love about this place... this might be our favorite of all time because of location, friendly staff and charm all around. Our large comfortable room had comfy beds, small dining table, mini kitchen, large bathroom, jacuzzi tub and a balcony as well. Downstairs, we enjoyed a complete Austrian breakfast in the cozy breakfast room overlooking the mountains. This hotel is located in a quiet, almost pastoral area (complete with lambs grazing in various yards). You can walk down nearby Moostrasse to a small deli for lunch if you choose. Or take the city bus from Moostrasse to old town Salzburg, to the shopping mall or Ikea. We will return here each time, I promise!

Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Great location outside of the town surrounded by beautiful mountains. Breakfast is great with lots to choose from - cold cuts, meat, eggs, breads, pastries, cereal, yoghurts etc. What stands out to me is the staff who helped me to organize my last minute booking. I called to set it up and the lady who helped me couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was arriving outside of reception hours and they were also very helpful in leaving a key out so I could get into my room and organize the check in the following morning. The staff also gave me a map and pointed out things to do in the town and the bus route. It's a quiet and cozy place to stay and I will definitely return!
