環境優美，早餐精緻。 晚飯可以在酒店內的Glass Garden解決。酒店建在山頂，對面就能看到城堡。前台還借給我們套票，可以免費搭乘電梯到商業街，也可以免費乘坐城堡的纜車，如果不進博物館和Mozart館，感覺可以不用購買薩爾茨堡城市套票。

五つ星に相応しい素晴らしいスタッフ、サービス、豪華で広く使い勝手の良い部屋、設備、ヨーロッパでは珍しいウォシュレットまであってありがたかった。

I stayed at a relatively satisfactory hotel during my multi-country tour in Europe. The mountain road leading up to the small castle is very easy to park. The hotel has its own small parking lot. Our family of 3 spent two nights here in June and had a great stay. We had two rooms and they upgraded one of the rooms to make sure we were connected. The staff were fantastic and really stood out. We had a great dinner at The Glass Garden one night. I really appreciated the location in the forest on top of the hills above Salzburg (instead of in the middle of town).

I travel a lot and stay in a good hotels , and love luxury, and not always write a review, but should say , I have to write now, because my experience was amazing . Like a previous reviews stated room was good appointed and very spacious and clean, the stuff was welcoming and helpful, maid service was unbeatable, property location you can dream of it , far from the crowd but because of the elevator you are in the center of old town in 15 min Dinner at the Glass Garden was unforgettable. Pool is beautiful with a beautiful view on Salzburg. If I ever will come to Salzburg again, I will stay here of course .

In very quiet parkland setting but a quick elevator ride from the Altstadt. Exceptionally friendly and competent service. Room really is as nice as in the website pix. Great breakfast. One example of the hotel's approach: on arrival the concierge sits you at a cafe table, gets you drinks, registers you there.

Es gibt im Hotel keine Kritikpunkte, denn alles ist vom Feinsten, man fühlt sich in diesem Ambiente bestens und das Personal ist ausnahmslos mehr als aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Der Wellness-Bereich ist eine Wohlfühloase und das Frühstücksbuffet ist in jeder Hinsicht bestens aufgestellt.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeitsreise hier verbracht. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Abenddiner war phantastisch. Der Mitarbeiterstab war in jeglicher Form sehr zuvorkommend. Egal ob es sich um die Reception handelt, Barbereich,Restaurant oder Zimmerservice. Sogar beim Frühstück gabe es eine Aufmerksamkeit, die man nur selten sieht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely beautiful estate. The staff was amazing.Excellent customer service. Available at all times for any need. Friendly and smiling. Rooms was spacious and clean. Very quiet also. Maid service went above and beyond. Dinner at the Glass Garden was remarkable. Every bite was divine. Pool is beautiful Great location. Just a short walk into town. Lift tickets are included with stay.
