It's a bit far from the central station, but the service is really good. You can store your luggage and they will take care of anything you need. I highly recommend it. The staff are so friendly.

Booked a double room for my family. We are a family of three. The room is large, with dry and wet separation, convenient parking, and a balcony.

The hotel is attractively furnished and modern. The superficial cleanliness is very good (unfortunately, only superficial) – the breakfast is also quite good for the price range of the hotel. I would describe the reception staff as strange. They avoid any normal conversation – even minor criticism or feedback is either lied to or ignored. The staff seems to be trained in standard responses. 1. Upon check-in, I was surprised that absolutely nothing was pre-filled on the registration form! I travel a lot, especially for work, and had never done this before – I then took the liberty of noting this – in a very friendly tone, but with some surprise. The receptionist didn't respond at all, and then a colleague from the office behind the reception came over and told me about a new law, effective January 1, 2025, which requires the registration forms to be filled out by the guest on-site. I have since obtained legal advice – this law simply doesn't exist! 2. In the morning, after my overnight stay, the duvet slipped slightly out of the bed cover, and what I saw was simply disgusting. This duvet hadn't seen a washing machine in years – it was brown in color – see photos. It made my stomach turn, to say the least. I wanted to politely and nicely mention this somewhat disturbing fact upon my departure. Well, the same gentleman from the day before checked me out – then asked me if I was satisfied with my stay, and what followed was something I've never experienced before. The moment I was about to describe the duvet issue, he interrupted me loudly with an exaggeratedly friendly grin: "We're very pleased that you were satisfied with your stay. Goodbye!" – turned around, went into his office, and simply left me standing there. Well, I would have gladly forgone this review, but when you're fobbed off like that...
