Ich war jetzt 2 Mal dort. Nach dem 1. Mal dachte ich - naja Pech gehabt... kann ja mal vorkommen... Nach dem 2. Mal war aber klar, dass dieses "Hotel" eher ein netter Versuch von einem Hotel ist. Warum: die Räumlichkeiten werden gereinigt, jedoch nur oberflächlich! Die Dusche ist mehr oder weniger funktionsfähig aber weder dicht noch besonders alltagstauglich für ein Hotel - so was baut man sich in seine Studentenwohnung ein aber nicht in ein Hotel. Die Betten sind alles adere als bequem und die Pölster gleichen einem Holzstamm. Auch der Preis ist dann am Schalter (wenn er besetzt ist) anders als gebucht... es kommen Extras TG, welche zuerst zugesagt als inkl. wurde noch dazu... In Summer ist das Haus ein umgebautes Studentenheim, mit sehr hellhörigen Wänden und entsprechend niedrigem Qualitätsstandard. Würde das Zimmer 70,- Euro kosten - ja dann ok. Aber das tut es nicht! Also gibt es kein Wiedersehen von mir und die Alternativen in Salzburg sind zu diesem Preis um einiges BESSER!! Schade denn auf den 1. Blick hat es nett ausgesehen. Fazit: Leistung für den angebotenen Preis nicht stimmig und Hotel ist nicht zu empfählen! leider...

Sauber, zweckmäßige Zimmer, große Dusche. Schalldichte Fenster für die Nacht. Kompetente Auskunft an der Rezeption 👏🏻👏🏻 Frühstück ok, ausreichend und zweckmäßig Busanbindung direkt vor der Tür und damit preiswert in 10 Minuten im Zentrum/ Altstadt Für kürzeren Aufenthalt/ Städtetrip echt empfehlenswert! 👍🏻

This was an excellent hotel choice. Although it looks basic from outside and the reception is small the hotel offered an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and the rooms comfortable. The location is about 20 minutes by bus to the city centre but the stop is right outside the hotel and frequent. You don’t need to change buses to get where you want. Only 10 minutes to the airport as well. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise - limited compared to some larger places but very fresh and great quality. Given free drinks voucher on arrival - a lovely touch! Outstanding views from the balcony of the mountains.

Nice hotel just 20 minutes bus ride (bus stop just outside hotel) to the centre of Salzburg. Clean and quiet with a beautiful terrace breakfast and bar area. Manager and staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help. I lost my phone and they did everything to assist me in finding the phone.

Two really large beds and all the facilities needed. The center of Salzburg is over a 3km walk, but I enjoyed walking each day. The room has a small balcony, but not the useful in the middle of winter. The office was really helpful in organising days out

Wir waren vom 24.12. - 27.12.2023 in diesem Hotel zu Gast und bewerten unseren Aufenthalt wie folgt: Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Man ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. im Parkhaus der Altstadt, wo man zu Fuss schnell mitten im Geschehen ist. Das Parkplatzangebot des Hotels ist einfach super! Aussenplätze und eine Tiefgarage sind vorhanden. Sehr grosser Pluspunkt sind die 4 hauseigenen Ladestationen in der Garage! Das Zimmer mit Balkon war einfach aber funktionell eingerichtet. Lediglich bei der Kofferablage war Vorsicht geboten, denn direkt darüber war ein Tablar wo man sich des öfteren den Kopf gestossen hat. Die Toilette war auch nicht unbedingt so wie man es gerne hätte. Sie war zwar vom Bad getrennt ,hatte aber kein eigenes Lavabo und man musste immer ins Bad gehen die Hände zu waschen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Es hatte alles was es braucht um den Tag zu starten. Einzig an Früchten hatte es etwas gefehlt. Das Personal hingegen war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch nach unserer Reklamation bezüglich der Zimmerreinigung wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Also! Für einen Besuch in Salzburg mit Übernachtung, kann man sich getrost diesem Haus anvertrauen.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in - comfortable beds, extremely clean room with everything you could possibly want - a safe, tea and coffee, a fridge, a place to put the suitcases, plenty of wardrobe space, a desk, water and fruit, immaculate WC and seperate bathroom, even a shoe horn. We also had a picturesque balcony. The staff were friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The location was great, direct bus links to the centre and also to the airport. Luggage lockers are also avaislble to enable you to leave cases. There's a lift and wider doors provide good accessibility. The hotel is newly decorated and offer a clean, modern, comfortable respite - highly recommended. Across the road is a very nice bakery and to the right of the florist shop opposite the hotel is a footpath over a little brook to an authentic Austrian restaurant where the traditional food and beers served are outstanding and very reasonable. This hotel is perfectly located to enjoy this and many other Maxglan eateries. The hotel also has scenic views of the mountains.
