My husband and I stayed at numa Salzburg and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—everything felt fresh, cozy, and well thought out. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and the location was great for exploring the city.
The only downside was the check-in process. numa operates without on-site staff, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive the registration link in advance. It took us about 30 minutes to sort things out and finally get access to our room, which was a bit stressful after a long journey.
That said, once we settled in, everything was smooth. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish stay and are okay with self-service check-in, numa Salzburg is a fantastic choice. Just make sure to get your check-in info beforehand!

I'd rather speak to a person than using messages. Also need to advise those staying in the hotel to add the address when using Google maps. It kept taking me back to the other hotel when l was searching for it

It is located in between central station and old town, around 1 km away from all the spots but the room is spacious compare to other hotels at better location.
There’s no reception to assist with check in but the whole experience is seamless as they will provide the code for self check in which is super easy. Free luggage storage is available too for early check in and late check out! Highly recommended.

Great location, easy to get to busses, and grocery stores close to the hotel. Also, not far from the train station. I would prefer talking face to face to someone, but over-all the hotel would contact me when I had a question. If you are okay with not being welcomed by someone than this is a great place to stay.

Futuristic concept of hotel, had a pleasant stay. There is no frontdesk, but using WhatsApp to contact the hotel personnel was easy. Everything is good, strongly recommended!

Very ‘hands off’ experience. You recieve a room pin via message and handle any issues through a whatsapp chat. The rooms were quite nice and had more than the usual kitchenette including a nespresso, microwave, cutting board/knives, dishware, and silverware.
Close to salzberg hbf, and reasonable walking distance from the main tourist attractions and shops

Although it is some distance from the central station, the hotel is very clean and has sufficient facilities. There is a small bar in the room, as well as a microwave and tableware, which is very convenient. The hotel also has a laundry room and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk.
