Very clean, bright and spacious place with convenient transportation

I really don't recommend it. Trip.com, please take action against this. I set the filter to 3 stars, but I went to ○3, which was a similar rating, and it wasn't a hotel, it was an unmanned apartment. It wasn't even on the same level as a 3-star hotel, and the price wasn't cheap. I tried to check in at 3 o'clock, but it was unmanned, so I had to get an online approval and enter with an access code, but I couldn't get the access code for over an hour and couldn't enter. Because of that, I couldn't go sightseeing that day and almost couldn't go to the show I had booked for that evening, so I reluctantly had to book a different hotel. When I asked for a refund, of course I didn't get a refund, and I didn't get a refund for a room I booked for two days but didn't use either. Looking at other reviews on Google and other places, there were cases like that, so please don't do business like that. It's retribution.

When I walked in, I found that the whole room was not cleaned. After I contacted the customer service, they said at first that they would refund 20% of the service fee, but there was no other measure. They wanted us to stay overnight in the uncleaned room, which I found incredible. Under this circumstance, we called the German headquarters and sent them an email hoping to get a solution. However, the local hotel customer service said that the housekeeping department would come to clean at 3 pm the next day, which we could not accept, so we proposed to change the room without refunding (they did not tell us to refund all the money during the whole process). After three replies, the problem was still not solved. Finally, the problem was solved through the customer service phone. I am very grateful to the customer service staff who answered the phone and solved the problem, but the process of staying in the hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. The lack of sufficient respect for us and the chaotic management made me feel incredible. We waited for 90 minutes in the bad room, and our itinerary for the day was completely disrupted.
