Villa completely renovated and re-equipped at the end of 2013 with all the comforts (2 refrigerators / freezers, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 washing machine, 1 gas barbecue / plancha). The summer kitchen located in the attached garage allows our 'Fattou' to cook odorlessly in the house.
Sandy beach 300 meters away with sunbaths / mattresses & parasols reserved for tenants of the residence. Presence of a quality bar / restaurant on our beach.
Guarding of the residence provided 24 hours a day.
Garden maintenance provided daily.
Bigué, our trusted woman will be present at your convenience from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Saturday to provide shopping, cooking, housekeeping and laundry according to your wishes. Ngor will be happy to take care of you as soon as you arrive at Dakar airport if you wish and will drive you to the villa where he will settle you comfortably.
Our house, ideally located with immediate access to the swimming pool of around 450 m² in the quiet and airy residence, has all the comforts, in particular with 4 'split' air conditioners, mosquito net for each bed. Our villa is composed of 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed and bathroom for each, an air-conditioned mezzanine with 3 individual beds 80 cm by BZ serving as armchairs during the day, and a 160 cm BZ type sofa in the air-conditioned living room also. Linens provided.
