The hotel is beautiful and the staff’s treatment is excellent. It has all the needs of swimming pools, gym and entertainment, but its drawback is that access to the parking at the time of weddings must be a completely separate entrance from the guests, and it also needs renovation.

I book 2 nights to my friends from Oman From Agency When my friend reach the hotel it was closed When I asked the agency they inform me the book 3 room and get good confirmation from the hotel I was very I was very embarrasses that they couldn’t stay in the hotel and they found other family olso have the same problem

Bad experience
It was a desaster the moment i enter my room i found an insect i called the reception to inform them and i asked to move to anther room they changed put it was uncomfortable and the ac wasnt working well i called again they changed the room put the guy who assist us to the room was angry i dont know why its there fault … also they kept us for one hour to change our room wich wasted our time it was really bad experience

فندق يشبه المنتجع بعيد بعض الشيء عن وسط مدينة الكويت المهم ، الغرف أقرب إلى ان يكون منتجع ، المسبح و مركز اللياقة رائعين جدا بالنسبة للباحثين عن الأنشطة . قرب الفندق بوجود مقهى و مطعم و هذه ميزة له. الفندق جيد للباحثين عن الهدوء و المنتجعات لكن لمن يريد وسط الكويت لا انصح به فهناك خيارات اقرب .

Arriving at the Palms Beach Hotel and Spa is like coming home away from home. The staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. The food is fantastic and the facilities is all that you could want. They have a great pool and beach area, an excellent gym facility, and an excellent spa for women. The WiFi is great. What a great place to stay.

There was so much noise coming from a family crowded in a room next door. We wanted to go scuba diving, but the hotel initially said it was not possible until we escalated it to the hard-to-reach activities director, who found out it was because the dive centre just ran our if gas money. The we returned a pair of goggles purchased with a debit card from the dive centre, as they didn’t take cash, but the money was never returned to the bank account. We’ve been trying over 6 months to get the money from them and they have just ignored us and led us in circles.
