Bathroom needs update the shower door. Very small and doesn't close all the way. Every time we shower was water everywhere. Other then that it was ok

Sono stata in questa struttura solo per una notte, ho incontrato personale gentile e qualificato, la struttura pulita e la colazione molto buona. L'unica nota dolente è che essendo un po isolata non è raggiuta da mezzi di trasporto (tranne taxi) e quindi è indispensabile l'auto. Peccato perchè non è affatto male.

We enjoyed a delightful overnight stay here. The hotel is lovely and clean with big rooms. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the restaurant next door is lovely, we enjoyed a delicious evening meal there. Our breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Parking was safe and secure.

Modern (and I guess pretty new) hotel with big family room. Personnel was extremely professional and nice. Breakfast was very good with great products (of course cappuccino was perfect but also fresh fruit, great eggs with bacon, a lots of sweet choice). Can be a good place to stop to visit Modena. 2 trattorie are at walking distance (few meters from the hotel).

Un hôtel qui remplit les fonctions qu'on lui demande, c'est-à-dire propre, fonctionnel, pratique et agréable, avec du personnel souriant, pour un petit séjour dans la région. Pas d'âme particulière (dommage car l'extérieur du bâtiment est intéressant architecturalement), un bar agréable, des petits-déjeuners corrects mais sans fantaisie servis dans une salle trop chaude et sans doutes trop fonctionnelle. Un grand parking et une chambre spacieuse (mais une douche étonnamment minuscule), bref un endroit recommandable au bon rapport qualité-prix pour une étape de 2-3 jours en Emilie Romagne. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de piscine, ce serait un petit plus bienvenu.

cascinale completamente ristrutturato comodo per Modena, Reggio Emilia ed altre località limitrofe. Ristrutturato elegantemente con linee pulite che incontrano il mio gusto. Camere spaziose, bel insonorizzate e climatizzate. Avrei dato anche cinque pallini, ma alcune cose non mi tornano, sembra un figlio non desiderato. È tutto molto impersonale, peccato. Il letto matrimoniale è composto da due lettini e materassi singoli senza nemmeno una “giunta” per non fare avvertire il dosso; i materassi sono molto rigidi (a me piacciono, ma sono in minoranza su questo); non c’è un bollitore in camera, ormai un must più che un optional. La colazione è ancora servita dallo Staff protetto dal plexiglas: è una scelta interessante malgrado sia finita l’emergenza. La scelta è di ottima qualità anche se senza concessione ai localismi (speck anziché prosciutto di Parma in queste zone è un reato!). Personale di Sala super: cortese e professionale. Reception in accoglienza molto approssimativa e distratta, in check out corretta per il luogo. Con pochi dettagli potrebbe essere veramente outstanding. Parcheggio, tranquillità, da provare. Leverei la pubblicità della pizzeria da asporto in camera…
