Gostamos bastante do Resort. Café delicioso e com muitas opções. O que não gostamos foi que as piscinas estavam extremamente geladas. Piscinas enormes e vazias porque ninguém conseguia entrar ou ficar muito tempo. Fomos no mês de Julho, apesar de ser mês chuvoso, estava ensolarado, mas independente disso, poderiam criar estratégias de aquecimento da água. Outro ponto negativo é que o espaço de jogos é muito pequeno e com 1 opção de cada jogo. Resort grande demais para termos que ficar na fila esperando jogar alguma coisa.

I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or with TRIP as it still avoids embarrassment as the reservation was made with the correct number of guests. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired... it almost doesn't work! Ah, the toilet in the room (65) is terrible! To carry out our needs, we sat without support, because I don't know what kind of engineering it was, we sat and stood on our toes! Very high and extremely low sink… but overall it was good and I would go back…

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

The hotel by the sea, the balcony can see the sea, the service is super good, there is 24-hour food room servive , no matter how the food tastes, at least convenient. Going out for 2 minutes is the beach, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, it is the richest breakfast among so many hotels in Brazil I have stayed in this month. The room is not too big, but the bed is a big bed, the pillow is just right, and the sleep is very comfortable. There are almost snacks and fruits and drinks at the front desk during the day. A proximidade do aeroporto facilita muito, o café da manhã é ótimo, os funcionários atenciosos. Ótima opção.
