After visiting several times, it was observed that during high season the breakfast is weak due to the large number of guests and few employees to replace basic items such as eggs, cheese and others. As I was once a manager at another chain, it would be great to correct it.

Gostamos bastante do Resort. Café delicioso e com muitas opções. O que não gostamos foi que as piscinas estavam extremamente geladas. Piscinas enormes e vazias porque ninguém conseguia entrar ou ficar muito tempo. Fomos no mês de Julho, apesar de ser mês chuvoso, estava ensolarado, mas independente disso, poderiam criar estratégias de aquecimento da água. Outro ponto negativo é que o espaço de jogos é muito pequeno e com 1 opção de cada jogo. Resort grande demais para termos que ficar na fila esperando jogar alguma coisa.

Well, we have stayed at this hotel before. It's a great place for those going with children... they have recreation, a great breakfast and cleanliness and satisfactory service. However, when we were checking in, the girl at the reception informed us that we only made the reservation for a couple and that children were not included... I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or with TRIP as it still avoids embarrassment as the reservation was made with the correct number of guests. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired... it almost doesn't work! Ah, the toilet in the room (65) is terrible! To carry out our needs, we sat without support, because I don't know what kind of engineering it was, we sat and stood on our toes! Very high and extremely low sink… but overall it was good and I would go back…

The hotel has a good look, location, good bathroom and excellent breakfast, which I would say is the strong point of the stay. But it's in the details of the room that leaves you to wish: the shower is weak (or bad), the king bed is a bad and uncomfortable joint of two single beds , the table chair is very bad, with the total discomfort and painfulness, the bed clothes had shades, the basic and uncomfortable dressers also ...finally, by the hotel standard , I would not say that I would not come back, but I was expecting much more and looked for another option.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.

The hotel is old. Lift capacity for only 4 people at once. Breakfast with only 2 types of fruit and during the two days missed snacks, cups and finished coffee ... we stayed waiting for rest. The night shift receptionist is very educated and has given many tips.

Tive que usar as escadas depois de esperar um tempão, e a saída de emergência dá para a cozinha do restaurante, a gente fica perdido sem saber achar a saída.
