The cleanliness of the rooms, hallways, cafeteria, indoor and outdoor areas is excellent, but the pool area leaves something to be desired. There is only one person to clean the outdoor and indoor areas and to clean the pool. There is no way to keep up, there are no tables or umbrellas. It looks abandoned.

Well-located hotel, just a few steps from Largo Santana (RV nightlife), but needs structural repairs (old paint, old and uncomfortable mattresses, bathroom looks dirty).
Good maintenance would improve the ratings in general.

Lack of maintenance, newer towels, excellent location, very efficient breakfast staff and concierge, two very helpful afternoon shift waitresses. Security did not even greet at night. The morning coffee was missing some things. They changed the Red Andrade, it was better now the Red Mare needs cleaning, painting
