The bed linens appear to have not been changed. The corridor leading to the room is unlit. A single mat in the pool is broken and cannot be used.
But the location is very good. Hearty breakfast, and very courteous service. All staff are friendly.

They threw us into a room in the basement! And when we asked to change, they said they had no more rooms available! It's a disgrace, my friends. I don't recommend any Rede Andrade. I had to sleep on the floor, the bed was so old and full of stains that I was disgusted by sleeping on the floor all night, I slept badly and woke up feeling terrible... And I paid more than 300 for one night. It's a disgrace. This Rede Andrade should be reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
