The hotel is good but has some problems, every time I took a shower water leaked from the wet shower all over the bathroom, the pool was not maintained and at breakfast there could have been some natural juice.

Hotel velho com condições de permanencia precária , na entrada você sente o cheiro de mofo e de ambiente sujo , roupas de cama com aspecto ruim , fiquei por 6 horas no hotel , armario do quarto não tinha porta , frigobar estava com a porta quebrada , tinha teia de aranha em todos os pontos entre o quarto e o banheiro . e mesmo assim o Hotel se recusou a reebolsar os dias que não fiquei hospedado . Mesmo sendo informado que eu não continuaria no lugar . Recomendo que não vá para este hotel por ser insalubre se você tiver problemas alergicos

I came on business for 2 days and stayed at Hotel Praia da Sereia for 2 days.... Leaving today. It was the ideal hosting solution. The incredible location, in Itapuã, which is an excellent tourist region close to the beach with easy access and close to the airport and it is possible to go to the center easily either via the parallel avenue or along the waterfront. Just 6 km from the city's convention center. Very nice breakfast on the roof with incredible views. Comfortable apartment and friendly staff, I really liked it and recommend it to everyone.

Old hotel, old decor but comfortable, good varied breakfast, clean bed linen, working air conditioning, polite staff. Close to the beach, not in front of the beach. But the daily rate is fair. I recommend!!!

We stayed at the hotel between the 11th and 14th of November. Very precarious hotel, old/old and dirty. There were small crawling animals on the floor of the room, the towel had clearly been used a lot, the minibar was yellowed and wouldn't open properly, the bathroom floor had strange stains, the air conditioning water outlet kept dripping into the bathroom stall, the drops of the shower went more towards the window than down, mirror peeling off and so on. On one of the days we arrived after 10pm and the hotel was closed, we had to press the intercom and someone answered us with such caution that it seemed like we were going to rob him. The hotel is in a bad location, Uber itself said that there are several shelters around it and that is why it does not recommend walking at night as it is dangerous, and the breakfast is bad. I do not recommend!!

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, I thought it was rustic, but some of the furniture was old, but cozy, it just needs to be improved with technology. The staff served us very well, making us feel comfortable, I would go back.
