Super friendly staff available 24/7. Nice breakfast too. Right in the middle of Historical Center so great location. Can be a bit loud at night cuz ppl still party by midnight if u come back home early tho

Villa Bahia is such a charming, historic hotel, with a great sense of place and an amazing location on the main square. The front desk team are all so friendly and kind. The breakfast was good, in a nice setting. Our only recommendation is that the restaurant servers have a basic level of English

Formidable séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé dans le cœur historique de Salvador. On se sent immédiatement bien dans cet endroit. L’hôtel a gardé un charme unique et est décoré dans un superbe style ancien.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié avec une spécialité locale chaque jour.
Le personnel est très attentionné. J’ai même eu droit à un gâteau d’anniversaire surprise dans ma chambre.
Je retournerai sans hésitation à Villa Bahia lors de mon prochain séjour à Salvador.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. The interiors are beautifully decorated and authentic. The room was lovely, large comfortable bed and a spacious terrace overlooking the city with chairs and a hamac. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, very good coffee. The staff were so lovely and welcoming in all areas. Our flight was in the evening and they kindly accommodated a late check out. The location is great, close to main attractions, however I wouldn’t recommend eating in the restaurants close to the hotel but take an Uber to other locations like Carmo. I will definitely comeback to Villa Bahia and recommend the hotel to friends visiting.

We only had drinlks here, morning and evening, but we found it the smarstest place in the old town. Great service from the bar tender in a sophisticated atmosphere. And the prices were very reasonable indeed. If we return to Salvador we would seriously look into staying here

Great, charming place
Lovely place, in the heart of Pelourinho. A safe street patrolled by police. Lovely room with lots of character and great service. Breakfast was very nice too, with a different regional dish every day.
