I don't know how to describe so much disgust. When I arrived at reception I witnessed another guest asking to change rooms due to maintenance. The hotel reception had an unpleasant smell, only one elevator was working, the room was visibly not properly cleaned. We found many cockroaches, and every minute new ones appeared, of all sizes. The towels provided have holes and are frayed, very worn. The garage costs 30 reais per day and is located in the basement of the hotel. The key must be left there so that the valet can relocate the cars. I asked reception for help with my situation, as the room, in fact the entire hotel, was in poor condition. They offered us another room, but it was impossible to get to the place, the corridor was extremely dirty, with dust from construction work and no lighting, access only by stairs.
We couldn't even finish the night, the photos don't match the real situation of the hotel. The room showed signs of mold/leaks, I would like to get back the amount that was paid, as this is impossible.

There wasn't even a blanket. I asked at reception but they said they didn't have any blankets due to problems with the laundry.
