My date was changed and I waited a long time at the reception, because they had already changed my date correctly before, when I got there the attendants could not find my reservation. I wasted a lot of time.

Good location, good amenities, terrible reception to check in, too slow, on average 20 minutes. With a lot of bureaucracy, great breakfast, slow room cleaning, pool does not have a children's area, but I would stay here again even with these deficiencies.

Good hotel, but in need of urgent maintenance. One elevator was broken, another did not stop on the ground floor, and only one was working to serve guests on 11 floors, resulting in long waits and dissatisfaction.
Breakfast and the kitchen staff were excellent.

A great stay. We had a small problem with the room, but we were promptly attended to by the reception who changed rooms. The cleaning was good, the girls were super friendly. The only thing that left something to be desired was the breakfast. The only thing that changed in the three days was the cake, otherwise it was always the same. I have nothing to complain about, this is the second time I have stayed at one of the hotels in the chain and I will definitely be back.
