Hyatt Place Saltillo

The Hyatt Place is the nicest hotel in Saltillo. It’s gotten a little expensive with advertised rates converted to US Dollars at 20 to 1, but charged rates nearly 20% higher at the recent 17 to 1 or less exchange rate. Location is great with an attached Mall, complete with an Apple Store, DQ, Tim Hortons and some nice restaurants. Costco is immediately across the street, but be careful trying to cross, Has an excellent underground parking garage.

Me and my husband stayed here for one night on a Saturday. The price was a little high for what we got. Our room was on the 1st floor and it was an old room with old dirty green carpet. But, the hotel is being renovated or so it was stated in the lobby-which did not apply to our room! We arrived early in the afternoon and could here the banging of the construction but we did not complain because we were tired of driving and it was not that late in the afternoon. Eventually the construction noise ceased but, since we were on the first floor we could here housekeeping ladies and other workers yell and talk to each other. I did turn on heat in the room to keep the noise in our room low. I do have to applaud them for their beds, at least the one we had was so comfortable and the pillows smelled clean and just perfect! The breakfast was not that great and included: scrambled eggs, out of can beans-SERIOUSLY, ?chilaquilis? which meant chips and you added the sauce, cauliflower with cheese, winners with some pimentos and red sauce, there was 2 types of juice, watermelon, pineapple and melon sliced, I think there was a plate with some white yogurt and you added some toppings to it but no individual packaged yogurt at all, also, breads. I will not be staying here again.

The environment and room are still good, but compared to Staybridge, the induction cooker and kitchenware are worse, and the price is a bit higher.

This place is a horrible value with not very nice, not very clean rooms and an uncomfortable bed. Plus, the breakfast was horrible, and they try to get you to upgrade to eggs for an extra 130 pesos. We spent over US$100 for this hotel thinking it would be really good since it's not in the center of the city and it cost more than any other hotel we stayed in during two weeks in Mexico, but it was the worst we stayed in. (As an example, we just came from Monterrey, a bigger, more expensive city, and spent only US$90 for a hotel right in the center that was nicer, more comfortable and more luxurious. It's called Hotel Centria.) We certainly won't come back here again.
Holiday Inn Express Saltillo Zona Aeropuerto

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. As I had children who wanted to see TV, they offered me to give another room the problem was that I was from one bed, which is uncomfortable for 4 people. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and it was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was full and there were two families waiting for room so he decided to leave a room so another family had a home****. They told us that the kitchen was still to be reserved for pandemic and we were going to share it with another family in total 12 people for 2 hours. We could never use it because the reservation was not respected every day of our reservation was a family of as 30 members, who spent day and night there, not know whether they were really hosted or that. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. But then don't say you have to book the pool to use it. As always the buffet very well what is expected in a business or express hotel. Well cleaning, location, parking. A good hotel for business or weekend. They promised me at the check out to make a refund on my points for the countertimes and NOt did.

I Will not post pictures as the ones available online are recent and accurate. I plan to come back to Saltillo, but not at this Extended Stays Hotel. It has the bare necessities in the room, and then less than expected. Did not make my due diligence, and only read it had a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove. Nice things to have right, but not a single glass or spoon or anything remotely connected to a kitchen. They have some for rent if You want them. The fridge was large but loud, may need some maintenance. Had to wait for towels to get cleaned, as the room had none when I checked in. No security box, but none is advertised. Nice ac, but forget about a blanket, the room had none. Since they charge for everything I did not bother to ask for one, so went back to My car to get some I had brought from Home for this tríp. They think a simple bed sheet will be enough, but that is wrong and feels cheap. Parking was nice. Low shower pressure, I was not expecting that. Be careful with the bed rest. My wife and I are apparently clumsy and both hit ourselves more than once in that thing. She even got a nasty scratch from the second time she run into it. But that is our fault. They Will only clean once a week for extended Stays, or anytime You need them to, for a fee. Having no blankets, no glasses or spoons was a low point for me. Why have anything that looks like a full kitchen, then have nothing to use it with...unless You pay more for it. Just plain cheap. Get rid of the kitchen instead so we know what to expect. Oh, and only one chair next to the desk, which You have to use if You eat in the room. Had to take turns to have a quick meal before going out. Just a poor experience.
