Excelente desde la recepción hasta la salida. En la recepción había mesa de bienvenida. Mejor precio que muchos de los hoteles de Saltillo.

En general muy bien, solo al llegar llegue un poco antes de las 3 y me atiende una señorita y me dice que la habitación me la da hasta después de las 3 porque no sabe si estar listas a las 3.. en fin, se fue la señorita y entra otro huesped y dice tener una reservación lo atiende otra persona y le da la habitacion. termina con el y me acerco yo y le digo que tengo una reservacion y me la da, siendo que solo habian pasado 15 minutos de que la otra persona me dijo que no se podia y aun faltaban 20 minutos para las 3, creo esa señorita no tenia ganas de trabajar y la llevamos los clietes.. mal por ella
