A warm welcome. Close to the river
A warm welcome. The rooms (2) we visited were spacious and the beds were super comfortable for a great night's sleep. The hotel is close to the river which, at the time had a fast current. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked and wholesome.

The staff were very friendly. Our double/twin en suit room was modern, spacious and spotless as well as being nicely decorated for Christmas which, was a lovely touch! Breakfast has to be pre-ordered and options were minimal but the full English we had was satisfactory, served quickly and hot. Free parking on the property was very handy and the train station as well as bus stop are a very short walk away. It only took 20-25 minutes or so by bus to get in to Bath town. It was a quiet, cosy stay at the Riverside Inn- I would highly recommend for a short stay.

Great but the shared bathroom is a let down
Room was ok if a bit warm but the shared bathroom was very off putting. I knew it would be a shared bathroom but the reality was a very small pokey room that was a struggle to change in to have a shower etc.
Views out the bedroom window were fab and the food was good

Breakfast with santa Went to the riverside on 21st Dec with my Granddaughter and other family members. To have Breakfast with Santa. It was really lovely and really got us in the festive mood . Staff were really friendly. All you can eat Breakfast. And tea , coffee, hot chocolate , orange juice station . Lovely food. And santa was lovely. My granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed it. Hopefully they will do the same next year . Highly recommend 👌. Would love to make it a family tradition. Thank you 😊

Themed and fun decor. Clean, tidy, comfortable rooms. Nothing to complain about the food, or the friendly staff. Lovely location next to the canal.
