I Told her I forgot my key in my room I was completely trying to verify my information in there and I was going on she told me that she was not able to assist me she was Very condescending she had security escort me to the room So I did at the end she brushed it off , like to her it was nothing I feel like she’s been rude overall up I don’t like the experience with her but besides that everything is amazing I’m going to return I love you have a service amazing hotel

The double tree was very convenient to the airport and the customer service was excellent. We had an early flight and they provided a shuttle for us. The desk person was very accommodating when we arrived and helped me find a place to get an item I forgot for travel. Very clean and the rooms was very large. My wife was very appreciative of the warm temperature in the room. Will definitely stay there again.
