Historic home in a great historic neighborhood just east of the capitol building. Quiet area. We went for a peaceful walk in the evening. The building has thick interior walls so you can't hear your neighbor. There is seating in a couple of areas outside to enjoy the weather. Parking is both behind the house and on the street. Breakfast is ordered the night before so that you get served promptly; you pick the time. I was impressed that the biscuits and gravy used bison meat instead of hamburger!

We stayed in SLC on the way to Zion and beyond. A historic mansion, the rooms are decorated with charming decor. We stayed in the room with a balcony and it was lovely to sit outside. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices are amazing! Near to downtown, Temple Square and restaurants, it’s a great location to enjoy the wonderful old homes in the neighbourhood.

Unsatisfied
I was in the basement with no heat other than a space heater. It was so cold.
Also in the bathroom I would have had to duck my head to shower under the sewer pipes so I didn’t even shower.

This was an amazing stay! I loved the pioneer breakfast that was included each day. The service and kindness were exemplary, and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Salt Lake City.
