One has stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and rated it well. However, post-pandemic return to this hotel has left one disappointed. The rooms are much less maintained and cleanliness is a definite concern. While it was cleaned when I arrived and I was asked to wait for a bit while cleaning was completed, nothing apart from the floor was clean. Airconditioner sported a clearly visible layer of caked dirt ***** its air guide. Bathroom is not clean with the pot having black spots. Bed linen closet did not look clean and on asking for a replacement too, matters did not improve much. Wash basin is spotted and almost all woodwork shows lack of upkeep. Wi-Fi is erratic. Walls show signs of seepage and many places plater is peeling. Judging by the noise, some repair seems to be underway, which is direct needed.

Hotel has zero amenities,and it's price is too high as compared to hotels with similar facilities.Hotel is overrated.

Negatives -
Rooms too small and very unclean.
Bathroom fittings were damaged.
Towels were so old that fine threadings can be observed.
Bedcover appears dirty.

The rooms are not so well but the view is too good but really like to share with you the staffs are helpful starting from reception Moupriya,Kakoli,Somesh are the persons who planned our things and all..The food is 👍 wonderful chef Sourav was too good the taste of food is lovely and can't explain. The Pasha Restaurant people's Priyanka,Amit they take care of my things like anything and last but not the least The General Manager Sandeep Mukherjee thank you so much for your assistance we will be back soon ☺️☺️

Hotel has very good fooding. economic and good taste. Service is also good. Staffs are cooperative. But the Rooms need urgent renovations. Specially bathroom fittings commode etc.

All staff are very nice,valuable hotel I want to recommend my friends. Only room cleaning requires timely. Otherwise, all are good .

It was a lovely staying in Hotel PEARL..very neat & clean.with tasty food, cooperative staff & availability of small mall..trevel agency near by... captivating atmosphere for morning walk..enjoyed a lot..though only for 2 days wish could enjoyed more days.
