Abbiamo soggiornato due volte all’Hotel Arosa di Salò, struttura nuova e architettonicamente curata, aperta da circa un anno. Spicca in particolare il servizio bar, sia nell’area piscina che nella lounge interna: impeccabile, puntuale, professionale. Il personale del bar è preparato, cortese e attento ai dettagli, contribuendo in modo determinante a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Un vero punto di forza della struttura. Purtroppo, non si può dire lo stesso del servizio in camera e della reception. Il riassetto pomeridiano delle camere non è previsto: la sera si rientra in stanza trovandola esattamente come al mattino, con asciugamani bagnati non sostituiti, tende aperte, letti non sistemati e una generale sensazione di disordine e trascuratezza che non è accettabile per un hotel 5 stelle e, soprattutto, non giustifica tariffe da 500 euro a notte. La reception è un altro punto dolente: poco accogliente, poco disponibile, priva della professionalità e dell’attenzione che ci si aspetta in una struttura di questo livello.

Hotel passt gar nicht zur Arosa Kette! Vor 8 bekommt man keinen Kaffee! Der Aussenpool durfte vor dem 1 Juni nicht genutzt werden! Poolbar natürlich auch nicht! Wellness Pool erst ab 8 Uhr! Der Shuttle stand nur für einen große Gruppen zur Verfügung! Lage eine Katastrophe!!!!!! 3 Kilometer bis in die Stadt und nur wenn es trocken ist , ist der Weg zu Fuß machbar ! Man muss schon sportlich sein !

Siamo stati dal 8 al 11 maggio, incerti sulla viste alcune recensioni negative, che probabilmente erano dovute alla recente apertura. Staff perfetto, camere grandi e ben studiate, struttura nuova e completa, SPA perfetta e piscina indoor/outdoor riscaldata superlativa, oltre a un parcheggio comodo e largo e a una posizione ottima per le varie mete. Una nota di merito al personale, professionale e preparato quello resident, ma anche i trainee si sono rivelati ben scelti e volenterosi.

Wir waren mit fast allem in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden und können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist super mit tollem Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts, nur der Blick ist in manchen Zimmern durch Bäume getrübt. Man sollte im linken Teil nach einem Zimmer fragen. Die Einrichtungen wie Halle, Bar, Fitness, Bad und Sauna sind gut und ausreichend. Das Restaurant ist ansprechend und vor allem das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Nur das Essen lässt noch Luft nach oben, dashalb einen Punkt Abzug. Zusammegefasst hatten wir einen schönen Familienurlaub und waren zufrieden.

Wie bereits letztes Jahr waren wir dieses Jahr wieder im Arosa Gardasee zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer (super ausgestattet und unglaublich sauber) mit Blick auf den Gardasee sind ein Traum. Der Spa Bereich, wie für Arosa Verhältnisse üblich, herausragend. Ob Sauna oder Pool; es fehlt an nix. Ebenso ist die Anlage wunderschön und es fällt leicht, dort mehrere Tage seine Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Frühstück ist super, reichhaltig, für jeden was dabei. Service im ganzen Hotel super aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Besonderes Lob an die Bar mit Massimo und Team! Wirklich herausragende Drinks und sehr angenehme Gespräche! Jetzt aber die Kritik, und warum dieses Mal nur 4/5 und nicht 5/5 wie letztes Jahr. Konzept beim Abendessen umgestellt; kein Buffet mehr (ausser Salat etc.) sondern gesetztes Essen (Vorspeise-Nudeln-Hauptgang). Leider hat die Qualität des Essens (abends) im Vergleich zu letztem Jahr enorm abgenommen. Es gab leider nicht einen Abend, wo nicht mindestens ein Gericht schiefgegangen ist...Das ist sehr schade, weil man vom Service (besonderes Lob an Claudio!) super bedient wird und tolle Weine trinken kann. Fazit: Alles absolut 5 Sterne würdig in diesem Hotel, nur die Qualität der Speisen am Abend hat dieses Mal nicht überzeugen können. Trotzdem klare Empfehlung.

Excellent hotel with big space and very nice deco modern room. Spa very confortable with attentive service to details. Restaurant and bar provide a wide offer of food and beverage all day. Staff friendly and helpful. I was there for festive period and i spend a beautiful time. You must try!
