Ci sono ritornato con la famiglia per la seconda volta ma purtroppo voto negativo unicamente per il comportamento della signora anziana in quanto ero d'accordo un prezzo con la figlia poi lei non capendo con il ragazzo che lavorava lì che la mattina a colazione mi ha detto che potevamo liberare la camera comodamente per le 12-13 ...arrivati alle 13 per ritirare le valigie in stanza la signora ha voluto il prezzo pieno nonostante hotel non preparasse ne pranzi ne cene ma solo colazioni in quanto la figlia era in ferie (persona seria e gentile anche telefonicamente)con la quale era stato stabilito un prezzo.Diciamo che io per 23 euro rimango la persona che sono mentre lei ,la signora anziana,sicuramente ha perso parecchi punti per quel che mi riguarda dispiace per il resto dei famigliari ma un mio ritorno sarà nella struttura adiacente tra l altro stesse stelle ma appunto per la comodità della posizione,comunque fortunatamente la parola delle persone conta ancora in parecchi posti...

Hotel a conduzione familiare, personale, amichevole mi sono trovato bene come a casa ci tornerò sicuramente. 3 stelle rinnovato se passate da qui ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Zona centrale a due passi dal lago è dietro la via più rinomata con i negozi più belli.

Chambre correcte avec tout le nécessaire, un petit cadeau de bienvenue très appréciable avec un petit mot très mignon pour les fêtes. Personnel serviable à souhait, patrone adorable. Petit déjeuner au top copieux, varié. Hôtel central.

Hotel a conduzione familiare dove la cortesia è di casa. Posizione centrale a pochi passi sia dal lungolago che dal centro di Salò. Colazione varia, completa che ci ha lasciati soddisfatti. Camere ampie. Molto interessante la terrazza con vista panoramica. Consigliato.

After booking two rooms, 3 months ago, two days before the guests arrived, we have been informed that the rooms are now not available. Unacceptable behaviour. They told us that it wasn’t their fault, but now we are without a room, 2 days before our family come over

Ottima posizione, centrale. Facilità di carico e scarico bagagli. Colazione molto abbondante, con un mix di dolce e salato. Struttura elegante. Personale molto cortese, con accoglienza piacevolmente familiare. Camera e bagno puliti, ottimi e comodi i due terrazzini. Molto bella anche la terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano. Il lavabo del bagno era un po' troppo piccolo e un po' di manutenzione ordinaria in più nella camera avrebbe valorizzato ulteriormente la struttura. Ma globalmente un giudizio positivo.

Hotel un po' vecchiotto in centro a Salo'. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la scelta per la colazione nonostante fossimo fuori stagione. Camere pulite con arredamento un po' datato, bagno invece rifatto da poco.
