Ringrazio l'hotel per la bellissima esperienza che mi ha fatto vivere. Mi sono trovato davvero bene, avevo richiesto anche il servizio in camera per l'anniversario che volevo festeggiare ed è stato tutto perfetto e ben organizzato. Il ristorante è il top, alta qualità e prezzi giusti Ci vediamo presto!

Ero già stata qualche anno fa in questo hotel, ma l'esperienza era stata totalmente diversa. Già all'arrivo non c'era nessuno alla reception perche stavano facendo mangiando e ho dovuto attendere parecchio. La camera è carina, ma con varie macchie di ruggine in bagno e un forte profumo che sembra quasi voler coprire odori strani. Avevamo un'offerta che comprendeva la cena con dessert, confermata dal maitre, ma al check out ho avuto una spiacevole discussione con la signorina che voleva farci pagare i dessert che erano invece compresi. Si trattava di pochi euro, ma sono stata trattata come se io mi sbagliassi e lei, magnanima, mi stornasse il costo. Magari rivedere il personale o formarlo meglio non sarebbe una cattiva idea. Nonostante ciò, il ristorante è ottimo.

Die Dame beim check- in war überfordert, unfreundlich, unkooperativ.
Die Bedienung beim Frühstück hingegen war freundlich, fröhlich, aufmerksam und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war zufriedenstellend.

Nood aan kritische insider
Het hotel heeft dringend een upgrade nodig … ijskastjes werkte niet op kamer, een nacht niet geslapen door overlast zonder compensatie … super ontbijt, leuk zwembad en gratis gebruik van subsidies zijn meerwaarde. We hadden een fijn verblijf maar het hotel mag beetje kritischer voor zichzelf zijn …

Very unhelpful staff in general
My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus. I think the hotel is in a beautiful spot and we loved our rooms but the hotel management are at fault for not training their staff to the level one would expect at this hotel.

Ein charmantes old-style Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Gardasee. Herzliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, abends manchmal dezentes Musikentertainment - wir hatten z. B. Sängerin mit Gitarrenbegleitung. Hotel liegt abseits vom Trubel, allerdings auch abseits vom Zentrum Salo. Was bedeutet: Man muss das Auto oder das Fahrrad nehmen, um auswärts zu essen. Etwas Make-over z. B. bei Fassade oder beim Teppich im Flur würde dem Hotel nicht schaden. Wir hatten einen entspannten, schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
