We just checked in at 7:30 pm. Got to the room unpacked and started to settle in. Noticed a message light flashing on the phone. No way to see what it may be about because the faceplate was missing with the directions. When I checked in, I was specifically informed that if we were to need anything, dial zero. Tried multiple times and it wasn't picked up on house phone or cell between 7:55 till 8:16. Just gave up! Rooms are very beat up and old. Fridge looked like someone got ticked off and beat on it. Outlets are far and few, so if you have medical devices that require an outlet, beware! One outlet both plugs had no power at all. Not worth the price they are charging! We normally stay less than 2 blocks from this place pay about the same and it is way nicer! Still is a Shilo Inn level motel with the Red Lion name now, so they can appear to be more upscale and charge more! Pictures when I update. Still have another night here!

Terrible, spend the extra money to stay somewhere
The hallway wreaked of vomit and pee. It was advertised that they had a pool, the spa was closed but when we went to use the pool it was locked. They said the indoor pool was closed for the season which was not disclosed anywhere. The pillows were terrible and the mattress was a joke.

This hotel is close to the Clark County Events Center which is nice if you need to be there. Overall this hotel is average for its age and star rating. It provides a room with a bed to sleep and securely locking doors. One note: bring an extension cord of adapter with length, as there are a lack of well placed electrical outlets around the beds.

Everything was pretty poor and the mattresses were so hard, none of us got any sleep. Other than the rooms being a good size, everything needs to be cleaned and revamped. Seemed pretty ghetto all around and we tried three different places to eat around the hotel and all were nasty… we were warned about this during check in. It was incredibly noisy, and it should state that it’s literally right next to the freeway. We will not be staying here again.

The balcony view was stunning. If you are wanting a room overlooking the ocean, this is the place for you. The highlight of our stay was looking at our balcony at night. The beach was lighted which casted a glow over the ocean waves! Absolutely breathtaking!

Upon arrival check in was greeted by ladies who could not seem to operate a computer and took forever for the process to go through, not very friendly. Get to my room found hair in the shower and floor. Walls between rooms were paper thin so both nights I got less then 4 hours sleep because of screaming/running kids. Would not recommend.

Everything I wanted was very near. Busy area, but good for my taste.
Good size room, I had zero issues.
Only one entrance from road, making for some possible fiascos if one had parked under overhang for office visit.
