One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the pools. But when I checked in I discovered the pools are closed..

Non management staff are excellent at their roles. Hotel has a great private beach, but this was hired out privately for 2 days out of our 4 night stay. No notification of this and unable to use the beach or facilities on it. Also 2 pools under renovation, again not notified of this. Management have little regard for customer service and attempt to fob off complaints, also not supportive of the junior staff. Large rooms. Restaurant food was good as was breakfast. Health club is dated, but staff great and very helpful. Pity our stay was disrupted with the private rental of half the outdoor facilities and beach to a company.

I've been in a few hotels here and there. In Europe, America, and the Middle East. This is easily the best one for me. The location, staff, even the design of the hotel building is exceptional. You won't regret your stay here. Simply fantastic.
